This 5 bedroom town-home is bright and airy and is close enough to be able to walk to the clubhouse. The entire house has been custom designed and is thoughtfully themed to conjure up images from your favourite Walt Disney World® movies. There is a queen bedroom downstairs that has been decorated fit for an ‘ice queen’ and this has a wall mounted flatscreen TV and shares access to the full bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs and each room has it’s own distinct theme, plus there is a fun loft area.
The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and wall mounted flatscreen TV. It is beautifully decorated and luxuriously comfortable. Bedroom 3 is also a master suite and has an en-suite bathroom and flatscreen TV. Let your dreams carry you away in this enchanted, soothing space.
Bedroom 4 has the most amazing Star Wars® theme and has single over full bunk beds. Additionally there are wall mounted light sabres, Storm Trooper® masks, a flatscreen TV and neon accent lighting. Bedroom 5 is fit for a princess and has two pretty twin beds with a wall mounted flatscreen TV. Don’t know which is your favourite Princess? This room has them all.
The loft space has comfortable L-shaped sectional seating and a large, wall mounted flatscreen TV complete with a gaming console and two controllers. There is also a retro arcade game for hours of zap-tastic fun.
The downstairs living area is open plan and features an opulent lounge area with plenty of comfy seating, fireplace, wall mounted flatscreen TV, twinkling chandelier and room accents from Beauty and the Beast®. The dining table seats 6 and there is further seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
To the rear there is a fully screened in patio deck with splash pool and plenty of sun loungers. Just ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine. There is also a shaded lanai area with patio table, so dining outdoors is a breeze. The town-home pools are separated by walls and there is no overlooking villa to the rear, which means total privacy.
