We are or were villa owners. Myself and Brenda would like to thank Lloyd, Rebecca Margarita, Veronica and everyone else at Eagle management. Eagle have looked after our home since 2012 and have been superb. When we first bought our home we heard horror stories about management companies so we were a little worried at the time but Lloyd put us at ease and his team have never let us down. They kept our home to a very good standard and although we put in a lot of our own bookings. Eagle were always able to fill gaps in the calendar with their guests. When Covid hit it made life difficult for us as we were not able to put our guests in. Eagle were amazing as they were filling our calendar with American guests and keeping us afloat. We took a tough decision to sell late 2020 and true to Eagles excellence Rebecca became our realtor, she was brilliant throughout and we are sad the property sold and someone else owns it now. We will be always thankful to Lloyd and his team and hope we will contact them to rent a home when we decide to visit Florida in the future~

I had an awesome experience at this property. The management company is very responsive and they make it very easy for you during your stay. They give you a QR code to enter in the gate instead of waiting for the guard to let you in. There was an issue with the AC and I called and it was taken care of immediately remotely. I will definitely use their service again.

This home was incredible! So spacious and so accommodating for our large family. So much to do in this home. Our kids never got bored while we were there. And the owner/mangement company were extremely easy to reach and work with. If I come back to Florida, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, well maintained & cleaned, responsive host. We especially loved the game room in the loft area, the pool where we spent the day hanging out & watching movies in the theatre. We will definitely return in the future.

Marshall’s home was clean, well arranged, and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the pool/spa was great. There was plenty of space for storage of food, clothes, luggage, etc. The home was located in a quiet area with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. Although rush hour traffic was bad, off hour travel was fine for a metropolitan area. If we vacation in the area again, we’d certainly book a return visit
