We are excited to announce that Windsor Island Resort, a brand new, upscale development, is currently under construction in Davenport with properties already closing to lucky buyers. We are the closest management company, by far, to the resort. Only one mile to the front gate from our offices. This development will become the top rental community for central Florida.
We are so excited to be managing properties there already, and have received many enquiries for new owners looking for a nearby management company. Our close proximity to the resort is a huge plus for owners’ peace of mind, as well as ease of access for our staff. As this is certain to become the area’s top resort, we will be able to maximize rentals with premium rates for our owners.

Windsor Island Resort will have top of the range, on-site facilities including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, games room, tavern and grill. The outdoor activities will include a zero-entry pool with adult lane swim at the opposite end, water slides, lazy river, hot tub, children’s splash pad fun zone, poolside cabanas, tennis courts, 5-a-side practice pitch, basketball court, beach volleyball court, children’s playground and outdoor fire pits. There will also be a full-service concierge desk and daily activities for adults and children alike.
The homes on-site are a combination of townhomes and single-family homes, ranging from five to 10 bedrooms and four to eight bathrooms. Each home can be custom designed and will have granite counter tops, brushed stainless appliances, one or two garages, screened in pool and the option of a hot tub. Due to these features our owners will benefit from our channel partner rentals, which we will be exposing to all the top rental websites and also the travel agencies worldwide that we work with. The tourism industry will have a new, beautiful resort to showcase and this has put a distinct buzz in the air.

For owners, in Windsor Island Resort, we have a “management special” – no management fee until the resort can benefit from rentals and the communal facilities are complete.
