New to Our Inventory

[two_third padding=”0 20px 0 0″]Brand new to our inventory is this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom town home located in Compass Bay Resort, Kissimmee.  All the bedrooms are upstairs and the downstairs living area is open plan.  The garage will shortly be converted into a games room, however there is off street parking for one car. The villa has a small patio with table for dining al-fresco on warm Florida evenings.  Typical with town homes, this home has no pool, but it overlooks a pretty pond where you will see wading birds, turtles and perhaps even otters.

The resort is gated and there is a communal pool on-site, with plenty of sun-loungers, as well as a hot tub.  For guests who enjoy a BBQ there is a covered picnic area with built in charcoal barbecue, picnic tables and an adjacent children’s play area.

What’s Nearby?

Walt Disney World® is a short 9-minute drive, Universal Orlando® is 27 minutes and Seaworld Orlando is 23 minutes.  The resort is close to the outlets shopping center, Fun Spot and many shops and restaurants on the famous US-192.  Old Town Kissimmee with its fun-fair rides, quaint shops and eateries is only 7 minutes away.  For groceries, there is a Walmart Supercentre only 4 minutes away.
