Providence Resort
Providence Resort is a large community made up of separate, smaller sub-divisions. It is gated with 24/7 security and a dedicated residents gate. A central, tree-lined avenue leads through the community to the clubhouse and pro-shop and the smaller developments branch off either side. The beauty of nature has been preserved as well: more than half of Providence is conservation and green areas. Whether your preference is for one storey or two storey, your own pool or a sweeping lake view, you will find what you desire in Providence.
Providence Amenities
The fitness and aquatic center was designed for family activities and easy socializing. The championship golf course and clubhouses are perfect for meeting friends, whether you enjoy the game of golf or prefer a casual drink in the lounge or a meal in the restaurant.
The golf staff offers instruction for men, women and children of all skill levels, as well as tournament play. The golfing clubhouse has a pro-shop, lounge and a restaurant, which can seat up to 200 people.
There are two swimming pools. A resort-style pool with water slides and a kid’s splash zone. The other is a lap pool for exercising. Plus, there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for socialising poolside.
Fancy a game of tennis? Lighted tennis courts will ensure you can always get a game. Inside the clubhouse you’ll find a state of the art fitness center, plus there is an activity room for aerobics, karate and the like for all ages.
Throughout Providence there are wide sidewalks for biking, jogging and walking. In addition, there is a brand new dog park, just in case you are travelling with a furry family member.
Providence Golf
Providence Golf Club was destined to become a popular Central Florida golf destination with its location near Walt Disney World, Orlando. Located just southwest of downtown Orlando in Davenport, Florida, this technically challenging and aesthetically pleasing golf course is a masterpiece.
The 18-hole championship course, designed by renowned golf course architect Mike Dasher, will test your game and soothe your senses as it winds its way through land featuring freshwater creeks, ancient hardwoods, and wetlands. It is not unusual to get a glimpse of otters, deer, wild turkey, or other Florida wildlife during your round.
