What’s Inside?
This new town-home has two master suites, a further double room and two beautifully themed children’s bedrooms. The entire house is bright, modern and has been decorated with comfort and taste as key. The downstairs living area is open-plan and features a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, brushed stainless appliances and a separate stylish dining area. The living area has a large, wall mounted flatscreen and plenty of sumptuous seating. One master bedroom is downstairs making it ideal when travelling with the elderly or disabled.
Patio doors take you to a shaded seating area, which is perfect for al-fresco dining. There is a small splash pool for cooling off and a brick paved patio deck with sun loungers. Lie back, read a good book and soak up Florida’s glorious sunshine. The entire pool area is screened to keep out bugs and other unwanted pests and there is a baby safety fence for the pool to prevent accidents.
Upstairs there is a further TV area in the loft and this includes a gaming console. Another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom, two family bathrooms and two children’s rooms. One room has a space theme and the other a princess theme. Your kids will just love going to bed! A washer and dryer are also upstairs, making it easy should you decide to do some laundry.

Windsor Island Resort is a brand new resort community. So brand new that parts of it are, in fact, still under construction. The resort is gated with 24/7 manned security and is perfectly situated for short travel times to the main theme park attractions. Within a five minute drive you can find restaurants, gas station, grocery store, bars, take-outs, pharmacy, bank, nail salon, hair salon, barbers and a coffee shop. Lastly, our offices are a mere mile away. Perfect for checking in or if you should need any assistance during your stay.
