Located in the heart of the lushly landscaped Bella Piazza Resort community, Hart’s Place (C906-411CP) offers a beautifully designed, ground-floor villa with three spacious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, including two en-suites. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flatscreen TV and door to patio area. Bedroom two has a king bed and bedroom three has twin beds.
There is plenty of parking and easy access via a central walkway that leads to the villa’s front entry. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, black appliances, an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal, a large fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, and bar seating for two. Laundry facilities are discreetly tucked away in a service closet.
The living area is open plan and features a dining table that seats 4–6 and comfortable sofas arranged around a large flat-screen TV. A French door opens to a cozy patio with seating for two. This overlooks the pool and is close to BBQ facilities — perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. Each bathroom is modern, with elegant granite finishes, and plenty of storage space. Orlandorentavilla offers this delightful condo for family vacations or couples traveling together, and it is just steps from the resort pool, kiddie area and clubhouse facilities.

"I work from home I have 2 daughter doing home schooling. This is the perfect location with high speed internet, peaceful and quiet. I was able to work from here. We used the pool and the gym. Plenty of options nearby to eat. Great location. Great management they responded very fast, we were sad we had to go. We highly recommend this Airbnb it was great!

"This is our family's second time staying in this condo. Both times we've had a great experience and we love that we can vacation with our dogs. The location of the condo is great as well, it' s close to many amenities and the parks. There was a maintenance call needed, although a minor inconvenience to the trip, it was handled promptly. We will definitely be back again.

"best airbnb I've ever been!!! Super clean!! the only thing I didn't like was that the AC temperature was 70 degrees F (minimum) we're too hot to sleep. we had to sleep without clothes. but for the rest, excellent!

"We loved the location of this airbnb. Grocery store right around the corner, pool was right across the patio and Disney was just a few miles away. They supply everything you need within reason and they allow dogs (with a non-refundable fee) and didn't have unrealistic rules like other airbnbs I've seen which was one of the reasons we booked it. Cleanliness wasn't the best and the beds were really uncomfortable but for our short stay, it worked.

"We stayed for 2 weeks while our family visited Disney, NASA, the beach and had some downtime. The location was perfect for us. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. This was a great place for our dog also with nicely landscaped walkways and dog stations located throughout. We loved that we could walk to the grocery store and restaurants also. The pool was wonderful and we often had it to ourselves. The three bathrooms were a great bonus as no one had to wait to shower, etc.. The large beds were comfortable, but my son said the twin bed was a little hard for him. The couch was comfortable and TVs in all the bedrooms were also an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return!

"I enjoyed my stay at this villa. The house was very nice. Everyone had their very own privacy. Only problem was that there wasn’t an iron but there was an iron board and one of the drinking glass was cracked but it was still use able. Other than that everything was wonderful i wish i could have extended my trip. I would most definitely come back to this villa.5 starssssss from me

"This is an excellent location and a great value for my family that was 6 of us plus a 2 year old. It is located right behind a nice strip or restaurants and shops including a local burger place Adlers and a Publix. I have been told the last week in December is the busiest in the year and we only had traffic days going on I4 into Orlando for universal studios. It is a decent drive with traffic, most days for me about 50 mins. Something to keep in mind but Disney was closer and we were located between Legoland and Universal. Did not have any problems with check in and the apartment was spacious and wonderful.

"The pictures on the site don't really showcase how nice the unit is. It was very clean and not far from anything at all. There is a publix right there and a walmart not far at all. The only cons are that the walls are a little thin and our neighbors were loud late into the night. But over all a very nice place in a beautiful location .

"Stayed at Harts Place for a weekend getaway to Disney. The condo was close to Disney around 10-15 mins depending on traffic. The condo was very nice and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure. Ground level and close to the pool is not a bad option either.
