"Enjoyed a great stay and would definitely book again. The location is private, secure as in a gated community, $7 uber to champions gate which has loads of options for dinner and close to airport and parks. The outside space really made our stay, the pool is great and gets all day sun and there side deck is great in the early evening. The house was immaculately clean, came stocked with basics to get through first few days and had loads of space and comfy beds. Having stayed in other properties in the area, this one was was fairly placed and in a great neighbourhood. Hosts were brilliant, anything we asked had a response we in and hour. Would definitely recommend.

"Good overall stay. House is excellent size and well stocked for larger groups. Few minor issues during the stay were quickly resolved and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. Location is excellent, not overlooked and a nice view from the pool area. Would happily book again.

"We did enjoy the stay in ' Sunholme ' very much so. The situation of the villa was perfect, sunshine all day long.The pool heating was just right. The villa itself was very comfortable with lovely fittings. Loved the the bedding. nice and soft sheets and pillow cases.If only all rentals had such a good eye for detail. Most relaxing villa

"Once again had another fabulous stay in this most relaxing villa. With conservation views and in a quiet neighbourhood of ChampionsGate ara but still has plenty places to eat and shop nearby. The villa is modern and very comfortable and very well looked after by the owners. I love the outside decking especially later in the year which guarantees sun all day long.

"Best vacation home ever. There was nothing that this home lacked. Very clean and beautifully arranged. Most inviting when you walked in the door. As was stated, the pictures on the site do not fully show the beauty of this home. We had our daughter, son in law and grandchildren with us and we had a wonderful time. The screened in pool area was awesome and there was a child proof screened fence around the pool that was a great feature, as our grandson is two years old. We spent a great deal of time around that pool. Thank you, Ms. Helen, for sharing your home with us. We will most definitely request your home in the future. The Berry Family.

"The Villa is really a very well kept home. With five bedrooms and bath facilities, this would be a fantastic home to stay in whether it is just 2 or a large group consisting of family or friends. We found it to be well equipped with kitchen necessities, bedroom linens, bathroom towels and even beach towels to use if you use the pool. The pictures are quite accurate as to the appearance. We found the home to be decorated very tastefully and consisted of a lot of amenities that were useful for our stay. Loved sitting out by the pool just to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the nature area located behind the home. We were especially fascinated with the large sand cranes that would walk in the lawn occasionally. They are so graceful and very interesting. For sun bathing it is really nice to sit out on the exterior deck and just enjoy the quiet and nature. We loved that the house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and not crowded by other homes. Truly a gem in this gated community! We felt very safe all the time with the security of the home while inside or when we ventured out to enjoy the area. If you are interested in Disney, it really is quite easy to get to and within approximately 20 minutes you can easily arrive there. Helen provides you with extensive information and is very easy and pleasant to communicate with at any time. She is quite prompt with any answers you might need. And if there is a problem or question, calling Eagle Management is very easy and they are courteous and solve any problem or question immediately. We did not have any problems while staying in the home and enjoyed all of the 14 days that we were there. If we are in the Davenport area again, we will absolutely check on the availability of this villa. Thank you, Helen Ellis & Judy 04/17

"Everything was as advertised - wonderful. From dealing with the owner who was prompt and professional and very easy to contact to the house and the management company. Wonderful. The home is a typical large Florida home with a beautiful pool and yard that is private. Inside all was in order and there was a good supply of pots, pans etc. The rooms were able to accommodate all types of families. When we needed another queen we just pushed the two twin beds together. The kitchen was large enough to allow a number of people to work in the area at the same time. All in all, one of the best homes we have stayed in while vacationing. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. We will consider this unit again if available. Sanctuary was a nice housing area - neat, clean and well maintained. A very safe, gated community. Thanks again - especially for the weather!
