Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 4 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"I cant say enough great things about this rental. The home was beautiful! It was clean and bright. The kitchen had every thing we needed and more! The small, personal details, such as the 4 mickey shaped cereal bowls left on the counter upon arrival, were what made the stay more wonderful and made us feel that they care about the guests experience. The photos and description are accurate! Our family truly enjoyed our stay.

"We had an amazing stay at this house. Had two minor issues that were immediately resolved by the management team who were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The pictures of the house do not do it justice…it was incredible!! Would not hesitate staying there again!! 5+ STARS!!

"Orlando Dreams will not disappoint. Our family of 12 stayed here and we still had plenty of room for more if needed. Dinner was great because we all had a place to sit for family meals. Great amenities and location. A little bit of a drive to Disney properties because of traffic but nothing that should deter you from staying here. Easy to get to grocery stores etc. The public pool area was wonderful! Kids didn't want to leave (neither did the adults!) Lazy river was a blast. Highly recommend. We will return. Our family does not have one negative comment at all. However, if you book online and order optional things, crib, bbq grill etc. the online booking does not inform them so I had to call to have it delivered after we arrived. But the phone staff (Stephanie) was awesome. Maybe just double check those items after you booked. Also note for young children, they do provide high chairs (2), 2 pack and plays and even a stroller. All items were clean and well maintained. I ordered a crib not knowing but I am still happy I did. My 1 year old granddaughter slept great the whole week. The decor in each room was exactly as pictured, just fantastic. Whoever did the decorating did an exceptional job.

"This was by far the most comprehensive, well designed, activity packed rental I've ever stayed in. THIS HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING! Incredibly comfortable beds, an arcade on both levels, indoor playground, pool table, heated pool and hot tub, room for everyone, I literally cant express how cool this place is. Every room has a unique theme and it looks like Disney and Universal staff designed and installed it. It's so professional and excellent. My family and friends were blown away when they walked in the door. It felt like we were on theme property the whole time. And there is this digital game table in the living room that we could all play boardgames on, INCREDIBLE. I will 100% stay here again, for the money it can't be beat! Best rental house ever, 5 stars on every level. highly recommend!

"The vacation home was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. It was as beautiful as it appeared in the pictures, if not better. Our kids were over the moon with the pool, play area, and game room. Each of the rooms had unique and charming themes that made them all the more special. The entire house was spacious, allowing everyone to sleep comfortably and feel comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, hospitable, and responsive to our needs. We could tell that the home had been recently renovated since everything was in excellent condition. It was clean, and well-organized, which made it easy for us to settle in and feel right at home. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
