All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
Max of 4 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"I'd definitely stay here again. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Beautiful, clean home. Owners were very easy to communicate with. It was nice to have your own pool in the backyard. It was a very peaceful area to stay. The water park was super fun. It was located at the main location and it was very nice with a lazy river and basketball courts! It was very kid friendly. We really enjoyed it and will be using them again!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Discovery. The home was clean, and comfortable. I love that the shower heads are mounted high enough that my family and I don't have to do yoga to wash our hair (the adults are between 6'2-6'6). There is a small tub that is a good size for kids. The themed rooms are a fun touch. The resort pool was fun, and the water temperature was nice despite the weather being in the 50s/ 60s during most of our stay. The private pool and outdoor area was very nice too and there were floaties and balls to play with. We'd be very happy to stay again.

"We reserved a week for 6 people. 2 families with a kid each. The 2 kids had a blast, which is had to accomplish sometimes! They each had their own room and the adults had theirs. The private pool was fantastic. Kids could just step out, into an enclosed area where the pool is. It appeared that every unit had its own private pool which was awesome! Trash was picked up daily, as long as it made it to the secret bin outside LOL, by the groundskeepers. Everything was furnished with extra towels for when we went to the separate pool house at the main part of the property. It had games, drinks for the adults and kids! The best part of the property/townhouse was it was in a private gated community so you had no need to worry about what was going on outside. The adults are already planning are adult trip for next year!

"Absolutely loved this home. Clean, beautiful, upto date, spacious, and comfy. Just as pictured. We didnt use the pool, but it was clean and the size was perfect for the group of small kiddos we had. Would absolutely stay here again. Def would recommend. 15-25 mins to parks depending on traffic. Nice & quiet neighborhood. Overall pleased !! Just one flag— master bedroom ceiling light is flickering. Not a huge deal tho. Just want to mention, so owner can be aware. It didnt interfere or Interrupt anything.
