All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

"The pictures dies the home no justice. My family was blown away by how big and spacious the home was. Wish we were closer to Orlando but we had a great time enjoying the on site amenities as well.

"Beautiful new community. Good communications with property manager . Very spacious home. Getting in/out of community was a challenge as we went to wrong entrance , exiting via side gate entrance was not operating. Home well maintained with some minor issues like a few hairs left on the bed sheets , non working light bulbs .

"A few things that can make it a better stay. Provide TP in all the bathrooms or inform the guests beforehand. Put garbage cans in all the bathrooms. Oil the internal door hinges.

"We had our family of 12 staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It also had a very nice pool area. Plenty of pool towels too. They were very responsive to any questions/problem we had. One request would be to have small plastic plates and cups for kids. We had a fun family vacation!

"Our vacation rental had plenty of space for our family of 14 to spread out. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The pool was heated as requested - there was a musty smell around the pool so hopefully the pool was treated as well. We spent a day at Disney World which was a short drive from our house.

"This house was gorgeous. We were a group of multiple families and the house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable for the number of people in our party. No shortage of towels or beach towels which was a bonus. The amenities at the resort were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!
