Look over to your left and you ll notice a welcoming dining room space. This area offers seating for eight and plenty of room for the family to dine at any time of the day. The modern-designed gathering room is perfect for lounging after a fun day at the parks with plenty of spacious seating and a large SMART TV to watch your favorite movies and TV shows on.

Enjoy Florida s weather in the screened-in private pool, or dine al fresco at the table with room for six guests. Have a relaxing, well-deserved day by the pool at one of the four sun loungers at your leisure. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Great Rental for a family

"The townhouse location was great because it was within walking distance of the clubhouse and we especially liked the end unit overlooking a grassy area. Other end units were facing the road or other units which didn’t give much privacy when in the pool or on the patio. Everything was very clean and roomy. We had 5 adults and one “almost” teenager. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. (7 days) The only thing we would have liked to see was more personal amenities. (Maybe this was mentioned in the contract and I just overlooked it, so I apologize now if that was the case.) There were no extra trash bags. Only 1 bag in the kitchen. I did pack 3 extra in my suitcase but only because they were light and small. I didn’t realize they were not supplied. Also, I had to buy a dishcloth/sponge to do the dishes as many of the dishes that our kids used were not dishwasher safe. There also was not dishwasher detergent. I left our remaining liquids there to include laundry detergent. It is very difficult to pack all of those things and also expensive to have to buy a quantity just to stay only 7 days. Too much to take back home in a suitcase. The pool was nice and they did come by to test and add chemicals to the pool. However they only brushed the bottom and did not vacuum all of the tiny bugs that were laying on the bottom. Overall, it was a very clean, spacious unit and would rent from Windsor again. They are starting to built up in the area to include more restaurants so that is a plus for those coming in the next year or two. Thank you!

Great Townhouse!

"This was our first time staying in Windsor Escape and loved our time here! The townhouse was very clean and spacious. The kitchen has very nice appliances. The beds are quite comfortable. I felt like the neighborhood was pretty quite as well. This townhouse is conveniently located within walking distance to the clubhouse/mini waterpark. Publix is just up the road from the resort. The thermostat was set at 75 degrees when we arrived which we left it at due to the humidity. The kitchen/living room area stay cooler because of the tile floor and leather sofa so bring warmer clothes for hanging out inside if you get cold easily like myself and my daughters. We are looking forward to returning to this resort for another family vacay!!
