Tucked away in the downstairs Master Bedroom closet is a modern two-person infrared sauna with light therapy and bluetooth pairing options.

Step outside to the expansive back patio, where you ll find a large pool with a spillover spa, an outdoor sun bed, outdoor living seating, five lounge chairs, and two in-pool loungers. Under the shaded area, there is a dining table for six with two extra chairs and a bar with six stools. A wall-controlled ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Smart TV enhance the outdoor experience.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
Max of 5 cars per address. Please park only on the driveway, cars will be towed if parked on the street at any time.
There is additional parking at the clubhouse on a first come-first served basis, as well as on Shiva Loop (a gravel lot) next to the clubhouse.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
