Windsor at Westside is a gated vacation rental community close to Disney featuring an 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with the Tu Casa Bar lounge, market deli, video arcade, sundries shop fitness center. Other fantastic amenities such as a playground, volleyball court multi-purpose sports courts. Best of all is the large resort-style pool with a lazy river, a water playground with slides, cabanas, and a tiki bar! This vacation home is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando s world-famous attractions, shopping, and dining.

Open the doors into this beautifully decorated villa. Your living room has ample seating surrounding the large 70 smart LED TV. The open floor plan opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and black granite counter-tops. A large dining table has seating for 8, and the breakfast bar can comfortably seat 4. A king-size master suite is also located on the first floor complete with an en-suite bath, and private patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The laundry room is also located downstairs, so you won t have to worry about running out of clothes during your vacation. The garage has been converted into a game room for fun family entertainment with a pool table, PS4 gaming console, and air hockey.

The upstairs den is great for kicking back with the family and watching a movie in the cinema-themed room. A large plush section sofa allows for the whole family to gather and catch a flick on the 70 LED TV. On the second floor is where you will find the rest of the sleeping arrangements. The second master bedroom with en-suite; with a soaking tub, and walk-in shower, as well as another king-sized bedroom, is also located on the second floor. Taking you to a galaxy far away is the kids bedroom with two full-sized beds, or keep the magic alive in this iconic kids room with two twin beds. You will also find another king bedroom making up the 5 bedrooms in the home.

Take a dip in your sparkling blue private screened-in pool. A large deck provides great space for taking in all the warm Florida sunshine. The patio furniture allows for outside dining, or sitting around and conversing about the journeys of the day.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
Max of 4 cars per address

Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"I would like to thank Reunion for making our vacation so pleasurable. We did not have to worry about anything at the house and only called to have the heater turned on for the pool as we had four small children with us and they liked it warmer. The location of the house was also nice as we didn't have anyone behind us and there was a good distance between the houses. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would rent it again ourselves!

"Enjoyed our stay at property WW_710 at Windsor at Westside. Grounds were well kept and staff was friendly. Splash pad was great for the little ones. House is in best location on the property. Large corner lot that doesn't back onto other houses. House was clean upon arrival and furnishings were just as nice as they were in photos. Pool was cleaned once during our stay which was nice. Garbage was collected each morning which was convenient. First time renting a house and I must say we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed it. Location very close to shopping and other attractions (disney/Universal).
