Windsor Island Resort offers a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a BBQ Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar Lounge, and more.

This Windsor Island townhome offers an inviting open-concept design that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, all with easy access to the screened-in pool area. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV, while the kitchen includes bar seating and a dining table perfect for gatherings. Step outside to the private pool with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and a convenient half bath.

A cozy queen bedroom with a smart TV is located downstairs. Upstairs, the loft provides an additional living area with a sofa and wall-mounted smart TV. The cartoon-themed twin room and the queen-over-queen bunk room, both with smart TVs, share a hall bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Toward the back, two spacious king master bedrooms each feature wall-mounted smart TVs and en-suite baths, one with a double vanity and shower, and the other with a shower.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"We're back home in Georgia after an amazing week-long vacation, and my entire family can't stop talking about how much we miss everything about Florida — especially the house! It was spacious, comfortable, safe, and had everything we could possibly need. All we had to bring was food — everything else was already there. We swam every day, relaxed by the pool, and enjoyed every moment when we weren't out exploring. The themed rooms were a perfect match for our family, and the younger kids were absolutely thrilled. I'm already looking forward to our next trip — there's still so much more to experience in Orlando!
