All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

Hurricane retreat

"We booked last minute (within 24 hours) as we flew in from hurricane Beryl and the experience couldn’t have been smoother! Check in was quick, the house itself was fantastic and had everything and more we needed for the week. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the amenities on site at Champions Gate! 10/10

"This was such a great place for a family to stay! It is close to Disney the kids loved the play area at the end of the street and although we didn't visit the pool because it was cold it looked beautiful! The staff was so helpful and answered the phone the two times we had issues or questions. The condo was fully stocked, clean and beautiful! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

"We enjoyed our stay at The Retreat Gem. After finally getting through security, which we had some difficulty, but once we got into the place it was perfect. The only issue was the master bedroom fan didn't work but overall, it was a beautiful place. It was just as the pictures showed. I would recommend it to my family and friends. We are making plans to come back with more family members.
