Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

"5 stars: An incredible stay! This house was absolutely amazing. It was everything we hoped for and more. Just like the pictures, it was extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Every room was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

"House and community area were great! Lots of space, sufficient linens and cooking utensils. Beds were super comfortable. Our only complaints were the wifi was spotty and the congestion getting past the guard shack was sometimes unacceptable. On 2 different days (both Fridays) we waited 45 minutes in line just to get in through the “already checked in” guest line. On multiple occasions we had to drive people out to the gate to meet up with Uber drivers, Pick kids up from Uber drop offs or food delivery because they were stuck in the waiting lines. They need to figure out a better System at the gate to avoid this bottleneck. Would definitely rent again….

Vacationing at its best!

"The only dislike about this Resort is the extreme fees for early checkin/checkout. I vacation at luxury resorts all the time in Florida and have not encountered fees this high anywhere! This would be the only thing that would make me consider not staying here again. However, the home we vacationed in was truly one of the most lovely, and inviting homes I have experienced! From the time we walked in the door, we smelled the freshness and the smell matched the clean! I am a clean freak and this home lived up to what vacationers expect when they book luxury accommodations at a new resort! Kudos to the home owners, I appreciate the clean, affordable (20% summer discount) experience you offered my family. We treated your home with love and respect and plan to vacation with you again soon! Thank you for one of our most memorable vacations that included us staying home some a couple of days because there was plenty of neat things to do there to have family fun!

"This home was truly amazing. We celebrated our parents 50th anniversary and had family come in from all over the country. It was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances, plenty of bath towels and wash clothes for everyone. The house was very clean. We had an issue with the ice maker and a maintenance technician was sent out within 24 hours. We absolutely had a great time. The game room in the garage was a bonus surprise. Can't wait to return!
