Welcome to The Magic Manor at Champions Gate, one of the most sought-after resorts in Orlando. Step into this beautiful, bright, and welcoming home. This is a newly built 8-bedroom and 5-bathroom home with a screened-in pool, perfect for your family getaway. You ll find everything you could need during your stay in this well-designed home. There s enough room for up to 18 of your favorite people! This home features beautiful finishings and a stylish layout from a themed game room, home theater, fun kids bedrooms, and more.

The open floor plan is great for entertaining the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the latest and greatest appliances. The oversized breakfast bar seats 6 comfortably for all those quick snack sessions. Gather everyone around the gorgeous glass dining table that seats 14 people.

Everyone will have a blast in the dark-themed game room with several familiar characters included in the decor. Challenge your family members in the awesome air-conditioned garage game room which features two 50 TVs connected to an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 gaming console with 4 gaming chairs. Try your hand at full-sized Skee-Ball, Foosball, or play a game of air hockey. The air hockey table also converts into a ping-pong table! There s even a stand-up Pacman machine with many other games to choose from. Games aren t for you? No problem: relax and put on a movie in the private surround-sound theater with seats for 8.

Both master suites are available on the first floor for easy accessibility and have king-sized beds with en-suite bathrooms. Terms And Conditions:

Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for quote
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

Fantastic house, close to everything!!

"Our family LOVED this property! Awesome game room, skee ball was a favorite. Home was so spacious, we never felt crowded. Cool theme murals painted in many of the rooms. Theater room was perfect for family movie nights. The pool in the backyard was so relaxing as was the neighborhood lazy river. The house was close to everything we visited. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

"Magic Manor is as advertised; a spacious villa with loads of room for my family of 13. The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms, theatre, pool and games room. The adults were thrilled with the size of their bedrooms and the amount of space in the house. We never felt as though we were on top of each other. Florida Vacation Homes was attentive throughout our time at the villa, checking in regularly to ensure that we were happy and they attended to any issues quickly.

"Was perfect! First day had to have pool people come spa was empty. And hot water wasn’t hot. They fixed both within hours. After that everything was perfect really enjoyed our stay. House was exactly as the pics showed. Will definitely go back!

"The rooms were big and spacious, clean and cozy. my kids loved the theater room, and all the adult men loved the arcade room (we had to usher them to bed at 3am every night) We had lots of clean, fluffy towels, and hot water for all of us. The house was close to everything, so nothing was more than 15 minutes away. Would love to stay here again.

"First of all we wanted to give a special thanks to Sandy Sylvet with Reunion Vacation Homes for taking such great care of us. Your prompt attention to our requests was second to none. We would use your company again on your customer service alone. Secondly, the villa itself was a wow. It had every possible amenity for a wonderful stay. From the amazing deck and pool area, cinema, games room, princess bedroom (which our 4 year old daughter loved!) and the Star Wars bunk bed room for our 6 year old son, we were delighted as soon as we walked in the villa. The Oasis Club and community pool area is also the nicest we've seen throughout our extensive Florida travels. The only thing that we would have expected was a little extra lighting outside in the covered deck area by the pool. Lighting came from the pool lights alone, no other fixtures. But this in no way took away from our vacation, and is more of a side note. While there were only the four of us staying there on our last minute trip, this property could easily accommodate an additional 2-3 families. The layout was ideal for that amount of people actually. We would recommend this lovely property to anyone.
