Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children s playground and recreational area. As you step inside, you will notice the open floor plan where guests can socialize and gather for a fun time. The living area offers plenty of seating to relax in front of the large TV. The dining area offers seating for 8 in addition to the kitchen island that offers seating for 4. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to create the most elaborate meals for your family and friends. From the living area, you can open the sliding doors to the pool area.
Feeling like eating alfresco? There is a table with seating for 6 as well as 4 sun loungers to get a Florida tan. Also, the pool comes with a spill-over spa.
With 5 bedrooms, Hart Manor can accommodate up to 10 guests. The first and second bedrooms come each with a king-size bed and bathroom en suite. The third bedroom comes with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom comes with 2 twin singles. And lastly, the fifth bedroom is cartoon-themed and comes with a bunk bed. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
"This is a great vacation home. The host and vacation rental mgmt was amazing. The staff at the resort was super friendly and helpful. The house was completely as described. There were plenty of outdoor & indoor seating and tables. Ton of plates, silverware and kitchen essentials (comes in handy for 2 families of 5). The upstairs movie area was awesome with 6 recliners and surround sound and big screen tv. The hot tub was perfect (got very hot after running for 30 or so minutes), pool was plenty warm for us. The only down fall is the resort, it’s a little out dated, the pool area in the community area is older and not as clean, bar & grill is very limited and the amenities are limited (just a tennis court / pickle ball area and very old park for small kids). It could use a volleyball court (maybe sand) in front of the check in area which is vacant and not well maintained. Also a basketball court would be great. But nothing we didn’t already know. Otherwise an amazing vaca!

"Focusing on the villa itself which we couldn’t fault. In the best location of Solterra resort with fantastic large pool and great facilities/equipment. Large rooms and plenty of storage. Perfect for us staying with grandparents. Would have been great to had mirrors in the bedrooms/dressing rooms but that’s the only thing I could fault. Resort is lovely itself there was some noise from residents/guests in other villas but it’s a very large resort and in summer we would expect that. Nothing we were too concerned about and security was always there. No problem getting in and out of resort as we had read from previous reviews. You do need a car as Solterra is some way from the parks but this is often the case with Orlando stays. Exceptionally clean and accommodating for a late check out (with a charge).

Family Reunion Vacation

"Our family decided to do a reunion vacation combination since we had not been together since 2006. We used this property for those who needed a quiet place to work, do online classes and those who just need a quiet environment. Hart Manor was absolutely perfect. The family members who stayed at this property left feeling happy, relaxed and wishing they could have stayed longer. As a family that travel and uses vacation properties (two of which was scheduled for the two months following this Orlando area stay) and also own Vacation property found this stay to be very satisfying and a great experience. We highly recommend Florida Vacation Home and SR_929R Hart Manor. The property was clean and well kept. We experience no issues at all. Thank you FVH for a great experience. The family.

"We had a great time staying at the Solterra Resort. Check-in was easy and hassle free, home was in a impeccable condition, was well furnished and had all the essentials and more! The resort facilities were also very nice! Our young children really enjoyed the pool with the slide and the lazy river and the park. Would definitely consider staying there again in the futur.

"Everything was great. Our door code worked at check in, the house was clean and neat. Everything worked great. We decided pool heat was needed. Sent an email and within a few hours, pool heat was remotely turned on and charged to the card on file. Everything was seamless. Wifi had great strength. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good. No complaints from us. Thank you for a an easy process!!!!!
