Welcome to Champions Refuge! This beautiful home is situated in the prestigious The Retreat at Champions Gate resort, this home offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a private pool, and more! This home is close to Disney and just off Highway 27 and Highway 192. A quick drive to Disney (12 miles), and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to get to Universal, this is the ideal base for a great Orlando vacation.

One of the highlights of Champions Refuge is its pool area that offers a private pool with a spillover spa, sun loungers, and outside furniture for everyone to have a great time! Now, if being outside is not really your thing, head to the downstairs game room with a pool table to play with family and friends or watch endless hours of your favorite TV shows or movies.

The kitchen of this house comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and with granite countertops ready for the designated chef of the family to cook elaborate meals or mid-day snacks. The dining area is beautifully decorated and offers a table with seating for 8 with views of the pool area. There is additional seating for 4 by the kitchen bar. The Upstairs loft living room area comes with a large shape white sofa and additional sitting in front of a large wall-mounted Tv.

Champions Refuge can accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find a full/full master with a double vanity bathroom. On the second floor, you will find a loft area with a large flat screen smart TV. On the second floor you will find 2 king master bedrooms, and 1 queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom connected to a twin bedroom.

Terms and Conditions

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"The place was exactly as posted, the area was excellent close enough to everything. The house was very well kept and spacious. My family and I are looking forward to rebooking in December!!

"Everything went according to plan. From the moment we were hired until we left, everything that was agreed between the parties was fulfilled. We spent 21 days in a house with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, which was very functional and catered perfectly for the 11 people who made up our group. Even when a problem arose (washing machine failure), the partial solution was provided quickly and the final solution (replacement of the machine) was done before the agreed deadline. The customer service (via email) was always fast and answered all our questions. The location of the house is excellent, well kept and the associated club very quiet and close to the house. The house is equipped with everything needed for a family stay. It's a very comfortable, affordable house that allowed the eleven people who made up our group to be perfectly distributed. This was certainly helped by the fact that there were two bedrooms (of the six in the house) with single beds.

A wonderful family vacation

"We really enjoyed our family vacation. We went to all 4 parks at Disney World, Disney Springs and celebrated my 50th birthday. This has to be the best family vacation we attended. To top it off, we enoyed our stay at 1541 Mulligan Blvd, Davenport. The house was wonderful and was just what we needed for our family. There were a few things we had to call the office about. Some things were not completed by the time we left but we managed to get through it. The team did a great job with how they responded to my calls. They were courteous and prompt. Inspite of the issues i called about, I will definitely contact Florida Vacation for our next stay in Florida Thank you.
