All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation
Max of 5 cars per address. Please park only on the driveway, cars will be towed if parked on the street at any time.
There is additional parking at the clubhouse on a first come-first served basis, as well as on Shiva Loop (a gravel lot) next to the clubhouse.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

So much space!

"Our family of 20 across 3 generations gathered at this home and had a wonderful time. The large number of bedrooms gave everyone their own space to which they could retreat, yet the common areas were roomy and comfortable. We loved the movie room and enjoyed the theme-based decor in the bedrooms and theater. The hot tub was lovely. The towels and sheets were nice but the mattress covers seemed generally too big and wrinkly. The mattresses were a little tired but OK. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was fine; full of houses much like this one. The community pool and fitness center were nice, but the 14 or 15 aggressive speed bumps between the gate and the house (depending which way you went) got wearying. The management company was communicative and responsive. We had another guest join us and they were able to add her to the security list for community access. (Although she parked in the manager's space at the clubhouse and was towed.) Overall a lovely experience!

"Most amazing stay! Check in and out was easy. With a family vacation of 23 people, the home was very accommodating and immaculate. Very spacious with lots of beds, bathrooms and living space. The home was like the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoors bar and grilling area, theater room and the sparkling pool. Plenty of restaurants and grocery options in the area. Short drive to the parks. Price point was great. My family and I had an amazing time. Would definitely stay here again.

Military reunion

"The home was beautiful and the location was great! All the amenities provided were great as well. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. It was not working on the second floor. We called and they came and fixed it the same night. However, setting it at 74 degrees was not ideal when trying to go to sleep. We would definitely stay here again but I wish they’d reconsider setting the temp a little lower.
