Just steps away from the resort clubhouse, Solara Oasis is the perfect location for your next getaway! Guests will enjoy relaxing in this five-bedroom townhome, with a private pool, within walking distance of the resort amenities.

The open living area is great for entertainment and togetherness. The kitchen features a large island counter with bar stool seating for five. The dining table seats an additional eight guests. You can relax on the sofa and have additional seating and watch tv on the 70 wall-mounted smart tv with cable. There is a wall-controlled ceiling fan for added comfort. One luxury of a townhome is having your own private pool. The back patio has a private pool and a variety of seating and lounge options. There is a half bathroom off the dining room with access to the pool so guests do not have to worry about walking through the home.

With most of the sleeping space upstairs, those looking for quiet will enjoy the downstairs king master bedroom. This room has a wall-mounted smart tv with cable and a private bathroom with a double vanity and glass shower. The upstairs loft provides both an additional place to watch tv on the wall-mounted smart tv, and a place for someone to nap on the sofa with a twin mattress. There is also a full bathroom off of the loft with a tub/shower combo. Guests will have use of a full washer and dryer as well.

The back upstairs king master has plenty of space with extra seating and a wall-mounted smart tv. The master bathroom has a glass shower. Next to the king master, the little ones will enjoy the twin/twin bedroom with wall-mounted smart tv and led lighting. There are two bedrooms upstairs in the front of the home, including the twin over full bunk room. This room also has plenty of space, extra seating, and a wall-mounted smart tv. The upstairs front king master has a wall-mounted smart tv with cable and a bathroom with a glass shower.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Max of 4 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"Was disappointed the resort pool heat was broken, but there's nothing the host could have done about it. They were very responsive when we asked about a stroller and other amenities for a toddler. When we informed them the remote batteries were dead, they had maintenance out first thing the next day! The home was very spacious and completely spotless. I could see they wiped every inch of the shower, and all the carpets were freshly vacuumed. They even left us a little baggy of cleaning supplies. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would definitely recommend this vacation home.

"Condo was perfect for a week stay. We had a family of 5 & family of 2. Great layout. 5 bedrooms/3 en suites. Kitchen was equipped, (would suggest better pans). My only issue was A\C- they had it locked on 72 and would be so hot at night. Front master was the hottest and they didn't have a fan. Amenities at the main pool were great. Loved that you could walk right over. This is our second year staying at Solara, location and price, and service booking are why we come back. :)
