Stay close to the magic of Orlando in Solara Resort, 8 miles to the gates of Disney, a short drive to Universal, SeaWorld, I-Drive, Disney Springs, and Florida s beaches on both coasts. Solara Resort is a gated resort community with amazing resort amenities, such as a grand pool, children s splash pad with slide, teen hang out, bar, sand volleyball, and soccer field. The kids will love having a go at flow boarding, the (*Fee Required) gives the thrill of surfing with an artificial wave. The 13,000 sq. ft. clubhouse features a bar and grill, ice cream parlor, sundry store, fitness center, and outdoor fitness lawn.

This stunning home is located on one of the best lots in the whole resort. It adjoins a large park area, offering unobstructed views of the lake and clubhouse, just a short walk away.

Outside the screened enclosure offers a private pool with a spillover spa and extended deck. There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such as a table with seating for 6 and 3 chairs around a fire pit, and also 8 sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a huge lanai for shade and a poolside half bath. Unwind at the tiki bar and watch a movie on the 110 projector screen located outside in the lanai. The home is located on a rare lot in a prime location, next to a large landscaped area for greater privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Smeg toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools. The living room has a huge 72 fan. By day watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted 75 LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 125 motorized projector screen. There is also a soundbar with a subwoofer.

The garage has been converted into an amazing air-conditioned arcade room. The brightly colored walls of the games room are hand-painted with custom wall art. Play against each other on the Fast Furious Super Cars Arcades, Let s Go Jungle Arcade, Family Pong Arcade, and Aliens Arcade. Also in the garage is a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One games consoles both connected to their own 50 TV.

Upstairs there is a huge pirate-themed kids bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. There is an amazing custom-built sunken pirate ship bunk bed, that consists of two Full over Full bunk beds. Also, a 2-player closed booth style Special Edition Deadstorm Pirates Arcade! Off the pirates bedroom is a kids playroom with a foam pit.

Terms And Conditions:

Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am

Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

"The location was great with easy access to theme parks. The house amenities were perfect for our family. When we arrived, the garbage disposal and microwave light didn’t work. I called the help line and they had them both fixed by the time we got back from the theme parks the next day. We are already talking about renting this house again next year!

"The house was great, in fact my 8 year old called in "magical". It had all the amenities the adults needed such as a BBQ, blender, outdoor screen to watch games, etc. and lots of fun extras for the kids like the awesome themed rooms and the fun arcade. We would definitely stay here again as it was one of the highlights of the trip!

"Overall, great stay! Pro’s - The team at Florida Vacation was super friendly and responsive. We booked last minute for a same day arrival and needed a crib for our 2 year old. They had one delivered the following morning for no additional charge. - The house was very clean when we arrived, it even smelled like a well kept hotel. - Rooms were fun for the kids, they loved the themes and the sleeping areas. - The adult rooms were also nicely decorated. Con’s - The arcade games did not function well, we had to reset them many times. The driving game did not work properly in head 2 head mode, the second car would glitch frequently and leave the race. I’m sure if we would have called, they would have sent someone to try and fix but they are pretty old games so we didn’t think it would help. - The pool heat was almost unbearably hot, we could only spend 5-10 mins in the water at a time before we had to get out and take a break. - Extra toilet paper & paper towels for longer bookings

"Great stay! Clean, cool, great decor! Order the heat for the hot tub prior to stay, don’t wait until you get there. The rooms were great, beds are super soft, the pillows are plush and the property is well kept! The resort is nice- and the food is good. It is close to Walmart (15 mins) and lots of restaurants. "This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. RVH is professional and responsive. The home was clean and fully set up for a great family vacation. Our kids were blown away by the arcade, block pit, and cool themed rooms. The outdoor cooking area, private pool, hot tub, and fire pit provided variety for everyone. We especially appreciate the lock and alarm on the slider out to the pool to ensure our kids stayed safe. The clubhouse, playground, and community pool are very close. There is plenty of space for a big group to all be together outside or in the main living area, or for everyone to spread out around the house and have their own space.

"Wow wow! This place was amazing! Whoever designed it had a wonderful imagination and creativity! From the arcade to the pirate ship bunk bed bedroom, to the cutest bedroom with bunk beds built into a VWStyle van it had the wow factor. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. It is so convenient to Disney and universal as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The pools and wave rider with restaurant in the community clubhouse were also incredible. The house was decorated very stylish and exceptionally clean. We hope to return again!

"Deborah was incredible during our stay. She was quick to follow up in response to an email I sent after check in, was patient, attentive and thorough on everything and truly seemed to care about our vacation and doing everything she could to make sure it was great. The gentleman who stopped by during our second day to make sure the pool heat was working was also great! When we arrived, the pool heat wasn’t working as it should have been. A quick email and it was fixed, thanks to Deborah doing something remotely on her end, and It was my fault the man had to come out as I didn’t respond to Deborah’s follow up attempts to be sure it was working appropriately because I was too busy enjoying the hot tub! The responsiveness of all staff, and seeing someone come out the very next morning to check on that was evidence of your customer oriented approach. I was truly sorry to cause the extra work stop for your staff though when it wasn’t necessary. Deborah was a gem all around! Everyone during the reservation process was also helpful and attentive. We’ll be back! The beds were comfortable and the house well appointed otherwise, so we were happy overall for sure! The pool, grill, patio area was a definite family favorite. Love the amount of pictures posted and YouTube videos your staff do for the properties.
