Solara Resort is only 8 miles to Disney and within a short drive to Universal, SeaWorld, and I-Drive. This gated resort community is in the center of it all! An extensive amenity complex is at the heart of the Solara Resort and it includes luxuries to satisfy every member of your family, including a splash park, FlowRider surf simulator, teen hangout, and bar. The Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex, bar and grill, ice cream parlor, sundries store, fitness center, outdoor fitness lawn, indoor and outdoor lounges, workstations, tween/teen hangout center, and much more.

Nestled in the heart of Solara Resort, this spacious home offers a perfect blend of luxury and family-friendly fun. The open-concept living area is a welcoming hub, featuring bar seating for six, a dining space, and a cozy lounge with three sofas facing a large wall-mounted smart TV. A ceiling fan, controlled by wall settings, adds comfort to the bright and airy atmosphere. The space also boasts a pool table accompanied by a sleek bar area with seating for six.

A touch of magic awaits in the wizard-themed game room, where entertainment takes center stage. Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Max of 4 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"My family and I enjoyed our stay and the home was as described. Florida Vacations is a very responsive company and customer support was A1. Any issue was resolved in a very timely manner and everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Worth the stay!

"Loved staying at the property , only thing we didn’t like is not being able to control the Air conditioning ourselves but whenever we called to get it adjusted , there was never any problem
