Welcome to Condo la Mode! This 3-bed condo is located in The Villas South neighborhood close to the heart of Reunion Resort close to the water park, tennis courts, and mini-golf. The Villas South neighborhood also has its own community pool and playground.

A top-floor unit, this modern condo is bright and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the lush greenery below. Having access to such a large and private balcony adds to the living space of the home. Enjoy breakfast in the gentle morning breeze at the patio dining table, or, relax with a cold drink in one of the patio loungers to the setting sun at the end of the day. Large screen doors open to the living area with comfy sofas before a wall-mounted large-screen TV. This grand room also includes a fine dining table that seats up to 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Here you can conveniently cook homemade meals or store reheat take-out.

The first bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and separate shower. This suite also has balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a bath shower combo. The third bedroom has two full-size beds with direct access to a bathroom with a bath shower combo. All of the bedrooms have private TVs, and there is a washer dryer available for your convenience.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. Very clean(and I’m picky) Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Communication with rental was very good. No problems checking in. Could use new cushions on outdoor furniture on balcony but was very peaceful sitting out there. Quick drive to Disney Springs and Epcot. We didn’t have time to use the pools but they looked very nice and clean. Someone previous mentioned dryer doesn’t work the best and we encountered same issue with taking a little long to dry. Would definitely stay here again.

"The condo is clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and linens. The location in Villas South allows for guests to be in walking distance to waterpark and to breakfast brunch at the Grande. Complimentary shuttles to the parks as well. Enjoyed our stay and will plan to visit this specific condo again.

"The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The resort bracelets for access to the amenities are a nice addition. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well air conditioned. TVs and cable were great. Overall, we were pleased with the unit. The dishwasher and clothes dryer could use an update.
