Retreat from the parks and escape to Carrera Joy. This six-bedroom home is located just minutes from the theme parks and local attractions, in the Solana Resort.

This home has so much to offer, from the moment you walk in the door. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with a renovated gaming room with a pool table and a 55 wall-mounted tv. The family can also enjoy dinner or spread out the afternoon snacks on the custom-built high-top table with seating for eight. On the other side of the open space, you will find the kitchen with a breakfast table and seating for four. Relax and watch your favorite show on the 60 wall-mounted smart tv, or watch the kids as they enjoy the screened-in, heated private pool with spillover spa. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, you will find plenty of space to soak up the sun on the six lounge chairs, and enjoy a meal at the two outdoor dining tables. You will be relaxing in comfort under the large outdoor ceiling fan, which will keep the summer breeze feeling just right!

The lone downstairs bedroom is the king master, which has a wall-mounted smart tv and access directly to the back patio. There is a wall-controlled ceiling fan for added comfort. The master bathroom has a large corner tub and shower, with a separate water closet.

Upstairs, most of the family will settle down for the evening. For those wishing to stay up and keep the vacation alive, the loft is set up with gamers in mind. There are two wall-mounted smart TVs with a PlayStation 4 and Xbox for guests to play.

Off of the loft, guests will find the king bedroom with a teal accent wall. This room has a 50 wall-mounted smart tv. The queen bedroom with peach accent wall also has a 50 wall-mounted smart tv. There is a bathroom in the hall between the two bedrooms with a shower/tub combo. The kids will tuck away in one of two bunk bedrooms. The back twin over-twin bunk has a wall-mounted smart tv and a shared common bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This room has a twin pull-out trundle bed to spread out. The rest of the superheroes will enjoy the other twin over-twin bunk room with LED lighting and wall-mounted smart tv. This bedroom also has a twin trundle bed should the kids want a slumber party. Mom and dad will enjoy privacy in the upstairs king master bedroom. This room is away from the pool in the front of the home and has a wall-mounted smart tv, as well as a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 4 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

Great Stay

"My family had a great stay. We loved the home, had more than enough room. Wifi was stable, house was clean, we didn't have any issues. Gentleman in the clubhouse at check-in was very courteous. However, we could not get the Playstation to work but that was the only minor issue.

"Very nice home and exactly as pictured. The large pool was a huge hit for my family and the 24 hour security also provided us an extra layer of comfort during our stay. Kayla was absolutely amazing to work with. Will definitely use Florida Vacation Rentals again!
