A stunning double staircase welcomes you to this incredible one-of-a-kind home. With a large open plan living room, summer kitchen, and covered lanai, there are plenty of spaces to relax and socialize. Experience luxury with a large private pool with spillover spa, sun shelf, and oversized patio. The home also features two additional gathering areas upstairs, a home theater and game room, and two themed bedrooms. The large balcony overlooking the golf course features 6 TVs to enjoy sports games, a pool table, ceiling fans, and plenty of seating.

The rear pool deck is over 120 ft wide, it features a huge 35 x 16 ft pool, of which the depth ranges from 3ft to 5ft. On either side of the pool, there is a large10.5 x 6.5 ft spillover spa and 10 x 8 ft kids splash area that is 6 inches deep to enjoy.

Terms and Conditions

Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
A mandatory security deposit of $2,500 is required regardless of the number of guests occupying the unit. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.
Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
Please be aware the bathrooms in this home have motion sensor light switches that cannot be disabled.
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
There is no guest use of the garage at this home.
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee on all stays
Pool heat available for a day fee is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
The complimentary BBQ grill provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue as required.
PLEASE NOTE the fire pit is kept locked off for safety purposes so is not available for use.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.

The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
This home has an outdoor pool that is cleaned and serviced twice a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"This beautiful home was as advertised. From the chef’s kitchen to the formal dining hall to the theater, we enjoyed every space of the home. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. The king beds and en-suite bathrooms throughout were ideal for our guests. The property managers were easily accessible and responsive to our request. We would, definitely, consider using this home again.

"I have a feeling we will be talking about the stay at RVH_300 for a long time. All 30 of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. 4 days with 30 adults of various ages and I never heard one complaint. We relaxed, we laughed, we played, we watched movies, we watched football, we had fun in the pool, we did it all. Thank you Reunion Vacation Homes for making my birthday dreams come true.
