Terms And Conditions:
Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
"We were there from 3/27/25-4/3/25....The unit we stayed in (303 Whisper Way), was great. Very large. It was me, my wife, little girl 6, and son 4. The furniture for the most part was very comfortable. The couch was not great but the chairs were big and comfy. The kitchen was great except the dish washer couldn't be completely opened unless the over door was completely down which was annoying but not the end of the world. The beds were incredible. All of them. And lots of great pillows. There's a pop up crib or something in the 3rd bedroom in the closet. The patio was great too. You can't turn the AC below 72 degrees which scared me art first because I like our temp at our house at 70, but it was fine. Borderline cold in the morning in there. Location: Our unit was one of the closest units to the water park on the resort. It took 3 minutes to walk there. You can't bring in any outside food or beverage there, which stunk but understand. The water park water was really cold. Like too cold for us to get in. The lazy river was awesome and the walk in pool at the other end was great. Pools: We spent most of our time at the Seven Eagles pool. Really pretty setting over looking the golf course, and the pool temp was great. You can bring your own cooler in there in the AM but the bar opens at 12pm so they like you to buy drinks from there at that time but it's not required. The food is pretty good there too. There are little pools spread out all over the property and all the water was warm. There's a pool and another little splash pad off of Sandy Ridge Drive. Really awesome. Food: There are some restaurants on property but their hours of operation all differ. We ate dinner mainly at our condo that has a full kitchen. The last night we went to 4 Corners in Champions Gate (10 mins away) and it was really awesome and locally owned. Best grilled chicken wrap I've ever had, no question. We made a road trip to Coco Beach one day and the water was too cold to get in and the waves were like 6-7 feet tall so there's no way small kids are getting in. Ate at Longboards which is part of Hilton resort and it was a nice outdoor beach spot. We did Sea World the second to last day there and that was a lot of fun. Figured we'd save Disney until the kids were older. Great trip and great spot. We'll be back when it's time to go to Disney.

"This is our second year to stay at this resort and in the same area. We love staying here. The condo was clean and inviting and had extra things like a stroller (which we used), high chair and portable cribs. The washer and dryer were awesome and came in handy since we stayed for 9 days. Be aware that there are no food essentials such as salt and pepper (which we were advised ahead of time). All other kitchen utensil needs were supplied. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend!!

"Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem kurze Wege zu allen wichtigen Attraktionen, Disney, Seaworld und Universal Studios - in Umfeld von 2-3km Walmart, Publix, Aldi und viele Restaurants. Margarithaville mit seinem Vergnügunsviertel in sehr kurzer Distanz - Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen - Reunion selbst verfügt über Weltklasse Golfplätze und schöne Wasserparks, wir haben dort schon mehrmals in verschiedenen Unterkünften unseren Urlaub verbracht.

It felt that every room had complete privacy with a big closet, full bathroom, comfortable beds, and plenty space between the rooms. The balcony is very big and overlooking trees so it also felt fairy private. The location of the apartment is amazing!!! It is only a few min walk to the water park and the main office with Starbucks and restaurants. We did a problem with shuttle services from Disney but besides that it was a perfect stay.

"The property was great - awesome pools and excellent food at clubhouse. Condo was nice & clean. Communication was always prompt. Just two things were disappointing. 1. The fussiness of messaging around getting a pool card “if available” for a $50 deposit, off-site seemed really unnecessary given that it was very easy to go to the front desk and get one for free from a very nice man. In the end, it felt as though your company was just looking for a way to scam people for $50, hoping they fail to return it to your office. 2. And the other thing that felt shady was that VRBO indicated I’d have until January 2023 to cancel/alter my reservation. So when I tried to eliminate one day from a 9 day rental (to 8 days) I was told by your office that I couldn’t because I hadn’t made that alteration “48 hours after booking”. So I had to pay an extra day that I couldn’t use. It felt very petty and money grabbing, given that the trip was in March 2023 and I was making a request 3 months in advance, while looking at the VRBO timeframe chart that indicated I had every opportunity to make a cancellation/alteration at that time. It definitely soured my opinion of your company and I still feel I should get the refund I requested for 3.19.23.

"We spent the weekend at the Reunion Resort celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. The location was within walking distance to the golf courses and relatively close to other famous golf courses (Bay Hill). The condo at Whispering Delight was very clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had such a great time that we're already planning on bringing our kids there so that we can take advantage of the pools on the resort and to also visit Disney which is close by.

"The ease of check in was so wonderful after a long drive. There was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with many utensils and cookware. Everything worked very well. It was also so wonderful having a good washer and dryer to keep up with laundry while on our trip. The waterpark was a blast! We had a tee time but had to cancel due to the tropical storm/ hurricane heading our way. I would absolutely recommend this place to other family and friends and plan to try and stay there for our next trip back!
