This wonderful ground floor 3 bedroom 3 bathroom is just what you re looking for if you are traveling with children. There is a spacious living room and dining area with a 70-inch Smart TV with BOSE sound bar and Pull-Out Sofa Bed. For your gaming experience, there is an HDMI hookup for setting up your own game stations! There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest appliances including a Keurig, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6 in addition to the 2 leather bar stools. Large sliding patio doors lead out to your private patio with a table and seating for 4 where you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks. The terrace also features a cushioned sofa for extra relaxation.

The master en-suite bedroom has a King bed with a 42 HD TV complete with DVD player and cable. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, 32 HD TV complete with a DVD player and cable. There is a large closet and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 Full beds with a 32 HD TV complete with a DVD player and cable. There is a large closet and an en-suite bathroom.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"The property was an ideal spot for my husband, son, DIL, and grandchildren ages 6 and 8. We spent 7 days btw all Disney parks and Discovery Cove. The drive was simple and easy to manage to all places. I loved the fact that a pool and splash pad were directly out the back door of this condo!!! Aftera hot day at the park, the kids were anxious to get back and get into the water. Honestly they seemed to enjoy that as much as Disney. We also visited the water park where they loved it as well. My husband and son managed to spend a little bit of the time golfing! I highly recommend this place if your family is in age age group as my family!

"Perfect way to have a memory for our Grandsons 8th birthday. Room for everyone to have their own space, loved ground floor for the grands to run outside, loved proximity to the little water park and the big water park was a hit 💞quiet away from hustle bustle!

"Todo espectacular, hermoso, bien cuidado. Hermosa decoración. Quería simplemente contarles que desde que llegamos el sillón de la sala huele a pipi y la secadora de ropa se traba cada 5 minutos. Son detalles mínimos que se podrían mejorar. Aún así todo estuvo tan bonito, tan bien cuidado, tan limpio, tan bonito decorado y cómodo. Recomendable al 100%.

"Everything at Reunion Resort is great. Plenty of pools, the waterpark, the splash pad, the on site golf course. The resort has something for everyone. This is our 3rd year staying here while visiting Disney. The Condos are clean and very well maintained.

"Very impressed! Somewhat unexpected as I was apprehensive about booking my trip on line with a company I knew nothing about. From Jennifer to Mindy at Reservations to the apartment and the property I give you guys a 9 over 10, only leaving room to be further impressed as I will definitely book with Reunion Vacation Homes in the very near future. The apartment had everything we need and was well maintained and decorated. It was such a relief not to be cramped in a hotel room with 2 children running around. The Kids Splash area was less than a 3 minute walk away and that was somewhat priceless as well. It is truly a home away from home that I would recommend to everyone!
