This beautiful ground-floor condo located in Villas South neighborhood at Reunion Resort is a large 1,755 sq. ft. unit with a private porch that opens up to the surrounding greenery. All bedrooms have a 50-inch LED TV with Prism and a smart Blu-ray player with built-in Wi-Fi. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"I would like to say, the entire property is beautiful. The back yard of this unit has a beautiful magnolia tree- my favorite. The scenery was so pretty we used It to take some senior portraits during our stay. There were 6 of us, plenty of space for everyone. The amenities, though we didn't have time to use them, were plentiful. The rooms were clean and I love that the unit has a washer and dryer, I didn't have to do laundry when we got home, because I was able to do It there! The stay was exactly what our blended family needed.

"We usually go to the beach for spring break, but this year we decided to go to Orlando. I was very hesitant about not staying somewhere on the beach with an ocean view, but as soon as I walked into this condo, I fell in love! This corner unit provided so much natural light, and the nature preserve that greeted us as we looked out the back was so peaceful and beautiful! This condo was extremely clean, and way bigger than I was expecting. The pictures don't do it justice, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our family. We were able to get to many places within 15 minutes, such as Disney, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. The Walmart was perfect for purchasing groceries, condo supplies, Disney attire and souvenirs at a much more affordable price. We were exhausted our first night and decided to order dinner on DoorDash, and there were a lot of options. Cocoa Beach was about 1.5 hours away if you're looking to do a beach day. There's nothing like your own bed, however, I slept like a baby during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. I also liked how the primary was separated from the other 2 bedrooms, which provided some privacy and distance from our kiddos. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was such a plus, too! The waterpark!! Holy smokes, it was amazing! It was a 5 minute walk from the condo to the waterpark. There were plenty of chairs, yummy drinks and food to munch on. The lazy river and a huge splash pad were incredible!

"Reunion is a favorite spot for our family vacation. Always make sure if you have younger kids that the property you are looking includes the water park. This property did include resort amenities and was only a 5 minute walk from the water park. Very clean and check in/check out was a breeze. I had a question that I had to ask, which was already answered if I had read previous communication, but their response time was within 30 minutes, and this was on July 4th. We would definitely book this property again.

"The property was incredibly clean and quiet. Located within walking distance to the Waterpark, community pool, and playground. We originally intended to explore Orlando during the day and stay here overnight but we enjoyed the property so much that we ended up hanging out at the waterpark all day and walking back to the condo for lunch.

"Absolutely love the resort! The condo was perfect. Very clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent in walking distance to the water park and the clubhouse. We loved the freedom of walking outside on the first floor. We had an issue on a Saturday night where we had no hot water within 2 hours they had maintenance at the house and fixed. I will be staying here again.

Great Reunion condos

"The ReUnion condo's are fantastic. Went with the 3 bed 3 bath with the full kitchen. The resort is secure and very safe. Make sure to get the select properties so you can get access to all the pools and other amenities like the golf course (golf is very pricey). Very close to Disney. I think it only took 15 min to get to Magic Kingdom. Recommend KEKE's Cafe for breakfast. Only issue is with FL drivers. Please get a clue. Learn how to use a cruise control and stay out of the left lane if your only going to go 60 in a 70. Also if there is an orange cone anywhere within 2 miles there is going to be a back up for no reason.
