Entry Hallway:
As you enter the condo, you re greeted by a welcoming hallway. To the left, you ll find the well-equipped kitchen, and to the right, a side hallway leading to the in-unit washer and dryer.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and sink, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.

Living Area:
The open-concept main living space is perfect for relaxing and spending time with loved ones. It features a cozy living room with a comfortable couch, two chairs, and a 70 TV. Adjacent to the living area is a dining nook with a table that seats four.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"We rented this condo earlier this year when we were visiting Reunion seeking to purchase a home in the resort. We bought a home in April. We rented this same condo again most recently for family to enjoy. It is a great place to stay. It is on the east side of the Grande so away from all th traffic noise of Old Lake Wilson Rd.
