This impressive home in Eagle Trace at Reunion Resort welcomes you with a grand entryway, which splits the home in two, featuring a comfortable seating area and a staircase leading upstairs. The open-concept design connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas seamlessly. The gourmet kitchen boasts a large island with a six-burner gas stove, built-in BBQ, two fridge/freezer units, two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, and a built-in microwave. The dining table accommodates up to 16 guests, while two sets of bar seating provide additional space for six. The living room is equipped with two sofas, two chairs, and a wall-mounted smart TV.

The back patio offers a versatile outdoor space, featuring dining for 8+ with a wall-mounted TV, an outdoor kitchen complete with a large grill, fridge, bar seating for six, and two outdoor ceiling fans. There s an outdoor half bath, and a screened door leads to the pool area, which includes eight lounge chairs, a large overflow spa, and two decks. A pool bar seating area, with stools on either end, overlooks the scenic Watson golf course.

The first room on the left is a well-equipped games room, featuring air hockey, a Ms. Pac-Man arcade, two Batman racing games, foosball, a multi-cade arcade, a Pac-Man basketball arcade, and a gaming station with a PS4 and wall-mounted smart TV. A round table with seating for five completes the space. The upstairs features a state-of-the-art movie theater, accessed from both sides of the house, with three rows of mixed seating (sofas and single seats), a 140-inch projector screen, and a stunning LED star ceiling.

A gym, located in the front of the house, includes weights, an elliptical, a punching bag with gloves, a bike, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The unique children s custom bunk room offers six full beds, a swirly slide, locker storage, and an ensuite master bathroom with a shower. Multiple king masters spread throughout the home feature amenities like wall-mounted smart TVs, ceiling fans, large ensuite bathrooms with shower caves or tub/shower combos, and access to outdoor areas such as patios or balconies. Notable features include plank floors, custom murals, and in-room desks or lounge seating in some masters.

The entertainment area at the back of the house includes a large bar with three wall-mounted TVs, a fridge, a sink, a dishwasher, and bar seating for six. This area also features a poker table, pool table, a living area with two sofas and a wall-mounted smart TV, and a wall scrabble game. The upstairs balcony, accessible from the back of the house, overlooks the pool and golf course, with covered seating areas outside the bedrooms, each featuring four lounge chairs. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
