All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"This house is a vacation all on its own! The commercial arcade room is the best we have seen and that includes homes that are double and triple the price. With seating for 16 in the three-level theater room, our whole family enjoyed movie nights and NFL Playoff games like never before. The furnishings are modern and high-end and this place has something for everyone!

"This is our family's second stay in this beautiful home! Now that we know the house and all the amenities, this stay was even better. The theater room is three levels and very easy for adults and kids alike to use and operate. We had hours of endless fun playing pool and using the commercial grade arcade room! NFL football in the theater room was amazing and the night game in the SPA with the large outdoor TV was even better! We showed the kids multiple different homes to rent.....and they only wanted sparkling Serenity!

"Reunion Resort is an amazing vacation spot with many different rental options. Sparkling Serenity though stands out as having everything, including an amazing price point. The theater room and game room was as good as it gets! The modern furnishings were comfortable, the pool area was private and beautiful and the kids barely want to leave! This house has everything available to accommodate a perfect family vacation!

"Our family finally found the reunion home with all of amenities and a price you cannot beat! This house has luxury furnishings throughout and had an amazing pool and lanai area. The interior had the pool table room, best movie theater room we have experienced and our favorite arcade room! The spaceship bedroom was a huge hit with the kids and we were shocked the price was this cheap..... This is a must rent and we are already working on our next stay! This is a hidden gem that is half the price of the larger homes, accommodates a large group

"We were extremely happy with all of the amenities at this home. The movie room was the best we have experienced at Reunion and our group enjoyed movie nights and sporting events on the big screen! The Arcade room offered hours of fun with a great selection of games for everyone..... The pool and lanai area was comfortable, private and the TV even extends out so you can watch your favorite events from the SPA. Throw in the pool table room and the high-end furnishings and we are already looking to book our next Florida vacation in this home!

"Our family loves Reunion Resort as our top Orlando destination spot and this house has it all! We are normally happy with all of the homes we have rented in Reunion but usually you have to give something up. Not with Sparkling Serenity though. From the amazing pool and Lanai area to the pool table loft this house has it all. With the high end themed arcade room and the 16 person movie theater room (one of the best we have seen in Reunion) this home checks all of the boxes..... For the younger travelers, the space themed bedroom was a big hit with the kids. Throw in the 7 well appointed on-suites and we cannot wait to book this house for our annual couples golf trip! A house with all of the amenities of the large more expensive homes and the excellent service of the best management company, Florida Vacation Homes, this is a must rent scenario!
