All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"This was our "home" for 3 weeks, and we loved staying here the entire time. The decor was top-notch, and appliances were up-to-date and worked well. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can even see the Disney fireworks in the distance every night! This property includes use of 9 pools and the Waterpark, and even better: the community pool (a 5-minute walk away) is heated. Florida Vacations manages the property and was always very responsive to any questions we had. They even come to pick up your trash (just call them). Only suggestions: We wished for more useful utensils in the kitchen (such as a colander), since we were cooking a lot. And it would have been helpful to have a laundry basket in the laundry room. Note there are 4 entrances to the resort -- but don't go to the Excitement Dr gate for your initial check-in. It is unattended, and you won't be able to get in. Use one of the other gates to check in. After that, you can use your keycard. Overall, a fantastic place!

"Great location for the parks whilst avoiding the busy roads and being away from the hustle and bustle. Easy access to supermarkets and restaurants but the resort itself has some lovely places to eat. Apartment itself was immaculate with brand new appliances and well appointed. All in all the perfect location and apartment for our family.
