Located in Whisper Way of the upscale Villas South neighborhood in Reunion Resort, this vacation condo is only 6 miles from Disney World and less than 20 miles from Universal Studios. This large 1,755 sq ft ground floor luxury corner unit is located close to the center of Reunion offering convenience and luxury in a peaceful landscaped setting.

There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort. Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own private porch with a table and seating for 4 where you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks.

The Master en-suite bedroom has a king bed, complete with a large smart TV, large walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, bathtub, and a walk-in separate shower. The second bedroom has two full beds complete with a large TV, closet, and shared bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds complete with a large TV, closet, and an en-suite bathroom.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"Very pleasant experience. the last 2 times I came to reunion, I booked it thru the Reunion resort, but this time, I tried it with reunion vacation homes. Other than not having the house cleaning service, the experience is almost identical. It will be great if we didn't have to register as house guest 5 days prior to facility usage. 5 days is a long time in advance to plan ahead, especially when you are on vacation. more flexibility would be nice.
