All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

Perfect for our family Disney vacation!

"Our large family (6 adults, 5 mo old, 15 mo old & 3 yr old) family had a fantastic 8 night stay at this beautiful home! We recommend getting the pool/spa heat! It was so wonderfully relaxing sitting in that spa after long days in the parks! The beds were all comfy and all rooms beautiful and spotless! Kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely stay here again!

"Really enjoyed this home and the Reunion facilities in general. Six bedrooms was more then enough, common room next to kitchen quite comfortable, location really nice. We recommend requesting pool to be heated in Feb March. Super responsive staff to minor issues. Note: outside grill is an add on, but was delivered promptly. One suggestion - the alarm on the door leading to the pool was SUPER sensitive, and while good for keeping kiddos safe, was annoying when it went off if the door was even 1/2 inch open. Maybe it should be adjusted. Overall, would recommend highly and may even come back ourselves next year.

"Our family of 2 grandparents, 2 adult children with spouses and 3 grandchildren stayed at the 6 bedroom Fairway Escape from Dec 27th to Jan 4th and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The house has it's own pool and spa and backs onto the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. The house is located in the Reunion Resort and Golf Club which has tons of amentities. The resort has a Water Park that everyone had a great time at and the property is super close to all the Disney Parks. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

"Very large, well-equipped home in beautiful Reunion Resort. The decor was lovely and comfortable, the house had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub with our kids and grandkids. Highly recommended!

"Stay was excellent, house met our expectations. Clean and enough room for 6 adults and 5 children. Kids loved the bunk beds. Only complaint is the showers did not have enough water pressure and water never got very hot.

"The Fairway Escape made our Disney experience feel like a relaxing vacation! After a long day at the parks we looked forward to coming "home" each night and loved sitting in the hot tub. Our kids loved their Disney inspired bedrooms and the media room! The water park was a wonderful addition and we enjoyed chillin' in the lazy river. Our home was very well equipped with all kitchen supplies, pool towels and storage. Travel to and from the Disney parks was super easy and it was nice to have a place to stay that way quiet out of the hustle and bustle of the Disney bubble. We can't wait to come back!!

"Our stay was fabulous! We booked for an extended stay following my retirement. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. The pool and spa were lovely and a perfect way to enjoy the Florida sunshine. We hope to return next year.
