The fully equipped kitchen and formal dining room are situated next to the living area. Its spacious quartz countertops extend into a kitchen bar to offer plenty of space to prepare your meals. Numerous state-of-the-art cooking appliances make for the effortless and fun preparation of any meal imaginable. The kitchen offers additional seating for 3 by the counter bar.

12 guests can enjoy the resort-like comforts across 4 spacious bedrooms. All are tastefully furnished to offer calm and relaxation so you can recharge for the next day.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"I enjoyed this home. We thought it was a great choice. The pool is very small (like VERY small) but it was enough for just cooling off and relaxing. The kitchen is gorgeous. The huge sectional in the living room is super comfy and nice and roomy! The home is meticulously cared for and pretty flawless. The kids bunk room is the cutest thing I've seen and is huge! GREAT stay...

"We loved our stay at this house! It’s very close to one of the entrances which made coming and going convenient. The pool and hot tub were a perfect size and we loved that they were screened in in the backyard. The couch is large and comfy with several recliners in it. The house was clean with lots of towels, and the layout was comfortable for our family with two young kids. Would definitely stay here again!
