Welcome to Seven Eagles Gem! This updated 3 bed, 3 bath Townhome is located in the heart of Reunion Resort - Seven Eagle. This property has upgraded furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen and flooring. You will be sure to enjoy your time with stunning golf course views!

This is a two level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. This property offers an upgraded large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully equipped. The dining table has enough seating for 6 and there is four burner gas stove. There is an open floor plan from the kitchen to the updated living room space with a sectional sofa, 70 SMART TV to watch your favorite shows and movies, near the living room is an air hockey table and standing arcade game for more family fun!

Downstairs there is an en-suite king master bedroom its own private balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and relax. A 43 Smart TV and the bathroom has a large garden tub in the bedroom and a separate stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a superhero-themed bedroom with two twin beds and a tub/shower combo bathroom. The upstairs en-suite king bedroom has a 43 SMART TV and a beautiful view of the resort course. Terms And Conditions

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"This is a great property. A 9 out of 10. When we arrived, we found this gem to be immaculate. The kitchen has newer appliances including a stove that is a home-away-from-home cook's dream. There were plenty of place settings (service for 6+) as well as silverware. The beds are comfortable, providing a great nights sleep. Only recommendation for improvement is regarding both king bedrooms: installation of wider drape panels that cover the entire door wall for both privacy reasons and to block the bright morning sun. The layout of the unit does creates a roomy living room space that accommodate adults comfortably. The patio chaise loungers were a great amenity to this property also. On the whole, this is a great place. Reunion Vacation Homes did a great job communicating with us and providing us with information regarding our stay. Their reps are great and provide excellent customer service. Looking forward to staying at this property in the future. Thanks RVH!

"Florida vacation homes were excellent, keeping us abreast of all the necessary information and updates from original booking through to check out. The property itself at seven eagles teunion was fantastic. Location, condition could not be faulted. There was a bit of an issue with the WiFi but other than that it was great.

Great Stay

"We had a great stay here. Easy check-in/out process. Florida Vacations Rental was informative and checked up on us if we needed anything. We saw the balcony wasn't available in a previous review back in Dec. 2022 but figured this "maintenance" would be completed by April 2023 but that wasn't the case so that was disappointing. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 kids (3 and 5) and it worked out perfectly. The place was very big for just the 4 of us. Parking is located directly in front of the condo, which was nice that we didn't have to carry things very far. They only provided 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for six days and barely had enough so it'd be nice if there was a little more based on the length of stay. Waterpark you have to drive too which wasn't bad but the parking next to the waterpark is a bit of a walk with the kids and the waterpark entrance is tough to find initially. Kids had fun at the mini-golf and I was able to get to play 9 holes at the Nicklaus course. Wifi password that was provided was correct but the Wifi name was wrong on the paper that was provided to us. The thermostat is located on the lower level so it was plenty cool on the lower level but quite hot on the upper level in the master bedroom. It's about 25 minutes to Disney (depending on traffic). The unit was clean and very nicely decorated. We would definitely think about coming back as we had a great time here.

"Very clean unit. Updated and nice. Love the miele appliances! You cannot access the balcony, I think this is because it’s a safety precaution due to golf balls landing near the unit. Water pressure is better in the shower downstairs. My kids loved having the air hockey table and Pac Mac. Being close to the seven eagles pool is great too.

"The House is really well placed for Disney visits and is around 15 minutes from the main parks. The Reunion area is beautiful and immaculately kept and maintained. We had access to all pools and they were very nice and also not too busy in the height of August. The house is fantastic, a great size and has all the facilities you would need. We would definitely stay again.

"This property was excellent! It was a spacious, had a great view of the golf course, it was only a few steps away from the Seven Eagles pool, it had air hockey, Ms. Pacman, and practice putting green! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!
