All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"I have stayed at several AIRBNB Reunion units over the last several years and by far this stay was the best. In recent stays there has always been an issue...things like access problems, or things not working, and even a bug problem. This was my first stay in a Florida Vacations Unit and I cannot begin to try and explain the outstanding value I received from staying here. It was comfortable and clean and I am SOLD on from now on renting units ONLY from Florida Vacation Homes. The location is idea for anyone who frequents Walt Disney World. There are several options for going to and from WDW and that is important to me. There are grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants nearby which makes for a very convenient stay. Thank you Florida Vacation Homes...we will be back. Mike and Michelle

"Sadly, I'm not sure Orlando will be a destination again. The traffic takes all the fun away. Reunion is excellent. The shuttle is an especially nice touch.
