Welcome to Fairway Dream! This beautiful property is located at Reunion Resort in the Fairway Ridge neighborhood, close to Orlando s world-class attractions.

Through the foyer, you have access to the second floor and the game room, before it leads you into the spacious living area. Here, the entire family can relax comfortably around a large screen TV and you are able to access the pool deck. Enjoy a meal together at the dining area, with enough seating for 8. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, has plenty of walking room, and bar seating enough for 4. With air hockey, a pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard, the game room is the perfect spot to hang out and unwind. There are also 4 gaming stations with large screen TVs and comfortable seating.

The pool area has patio seating for 4 and a grill, great for a night dining outside. If you want to cool down from the Florida heat, the pool, with a spillover spa, is the perfect place to do that.

Throughout the home, there are a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 1 half bath. There is also a loft with comfortable seating and a large screen TV, making it the perfect place for movie night.

Terms and Conditions

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"The house was amazing. Very clean, well stocked kitchen,beds were compfy. Weather was great and relaxed in the pool and hot tub after returning from the parks.Had a wonderful vacation. Grandsons enjoyed the arcade room and shuffleboard.

"Overall great place! Nice house. We normally stay on the bigger houses and pay twice as much. If you are on a budget and still want a nice place this is the way to go. Kitchen is equipped, nice play room for the kids. Missing few small things and minor fixes.
