All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"We want to tell you that we spent a few fantastic days in the apartment we rented in Reunion. We were very pleased with it, are clean, comfortable and the set is very well located, quiet and safe. Very surely recommend it to other friends and acquaintances who wish to travel to Orlando. We also have found everything in the same condition that we find ourselves. On our next trip to Orlando we will want to be with you again.

"The condo at Reunion was very lovely, clean and quiet. The online picture are very representative of what we experienced. Nicely decorated, and a large unit which was a perfect getaway for our family trip to Disney (2 adults and 3 kids). Our stay was very nice, and I would very much recommend this condo. We'll be back!
