Welcome to Seven Eagles Joy. This 3 bed, 3 bath townhome is located in the heart of Reunion Resort - Seven Eagles just miles to the gates of Disney.

This is a two-level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. This elegantly decorated property has a comfortable living area with a large sofa and ample seating for everyone to relax and watch their favorite show or game on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests at the wooden table. The fully-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare from a mid-day snack to an elaborate meal while keeping up the modern feel with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

First-floor patio doors lead out to the private balcony with amazing nature views and seating for 4 and 2 lounge chairs to relax and soak in the Florida sun! This property can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The upstairs bedroom offers an ensuite king master bedroom. The bathtub is located in the bedroom and separate standup shower. The first-floor bedroom offers an ensuite king bed, the bathroom has a large bathtub and separate stand-up shower. You will also have private access to the patio with seating for 2. Lastly, the second bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed and a full bed along with a gorgeous view of the resort s nature and patio access. All bedrooms come with a wall-mounted flat-screen

Terms and Conditions

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"Overall the trip was fantastic, we had 3 villas, and all 3 families had a great time. The only things that did not go well were that the unit we stayed in we got no wrist bands or keys, I had to drive to an offsite office to get one key card. For the price of the resort that could be in the room ready for us. The other issue is that we got our golf cart stolen twice and the second time it was from the security team, we were told they were not aware we got it back from the night before (apparently, the guest in the villa next to us was the one who took it) we were also told we'd get a credit for that day, but I have not received anything yet. And the last thing was that we mistakenly booked the golf carts from the 7/2 - 7/7 when we only needed them until 7/6. I went and asked 2 different people at the tennis shop if we could drop off on 7/6 and get a refund and they told us no. Not sure why I couldn't get a refund of one day. As I said though we had a great trip. Spent $1000's of dollars at the restaurant and the bar and had a great night on the 4th of July on the rooftop.

"We enjoyed our month-long stay at this townhome. We found this home-away-from-home immaculate when we arrived. (Kudos to housekeeping!) The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Appliances, including washer/dryer, are well maintained, appear new and work great. Mattresses/pillows are soft but comfortable. (You may want to bring your own pillow.) DirecTV service installed on televisions (worked great.) Only issue was hot water handle in bathroom which was repaired within 24 hrs of calling management. Only disappointment was our lack of access to any of the townhome's balconies due to current HOA restrictions preventing use of. (I think the restrictions are temporary due to nearby construction.)
