This large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has one of the top golf course views in the resort! Located on the Tom Watson Course, this condo is on the 4th floor (with an elevator just outside the front door) and has a beautiful view surrounded by palm trees, lush landscape, and multiple course holes. The spacious balcony offers a view directly down the fairway and putting green of the 13th hole. This condo is located next to the resort s private Miniature Golf Course, Tennis Courts, and Golf Cart Rentals. Within walking distance, you will find the Waterpark (with waterslide, lazy river, and kids area), Seven Eagles Pool, and The Cove Bar and Grille. Also within walking distance, you will find the Reunion Grand Hotel and Clubhouse that offers a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The large living and dining area are furnished to a high standard and includes a 65-inch smart HDTV with a cinema sound system. The main living and dining area has a newer, upgraded laminate floor and newer light fixtures with dimmable features to accommodate all times of day from early mornings to winding down in the evening. The dining area is equipped with seating for 10. It includes a large table that accommodates seating for 6, and next to the dining table you will find 4 additional bar stools located at the kitchen bar. The full-size kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware to meet any family s needs, granite countertops, and the latest appliances.

The living room offers a beautiful view of the course with an expanse of sliding glass doors. Step out the sliding glass doors from the living room and you will find yourself out on your private, covered balcony that has a table for 4, an additional small seating area for 2 and 2 sun loungers to relax and take in the Florida Sunshine.

The master en-suite bedroom includes a king bed and 55 Smart TV. It also has a sliding door that offers entrance onto the balcony. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a large bathtub, and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with 50 Smart TV, 2 closets, and a connecting family bathroom. The third bedroom includes 2 full-size beds, a large closet, 40-inch TV with Playstation 3, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"Wow is how I would describe this condo. This is our 5th stay on Reunion and by far the best condo we’ve stayed in. Owners put so much thought & consideration into everything - decor, condition, kitchen equipment etc. View out of this world and you get the sun all day on the balcony. We will be booking this condo again for our next visits.

"Condo was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and had gorgeous views of the gold course. Bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms for each room was very clean and adequate! Condo was very close to all the resort amenities and the pool for that area. Would definitely stay in this condo again and the Reunion Community! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

"Beautiful view overlooking the golf course. Neat and clean unit. Walk to swimming pool with hot tub, mini golf and tennis. Easy check in and check out. Received many "how are you doing, do you need anything?" texts from the management company which made communication with them very easy.

"Our villa was just as described. It was clean and spacious. Please note that you will need to purchase EVERYTHING required for a week stay. There was no salt/pepper, oil, foil, etc Also- you will need to provide your own paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent as well. The condo comes with about a one day supply.

"The condo is in a great central location. It has an awesome view of both the Watson and Palmer courses. The tennis courts, playground, spa/tower, and clubhouse/golf pro shop are all easily in walking distance. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. There's only 1 negative I could think of that is not a deal breaker in my opinion: water pressure was low in the shower. Overall, I would not hesitate to come back.

"They were all very professional and positive. Each staff that we spoke to represented the resort with class and upbeat approach. We never came across anyone that was unpleasant, from visitor, gate staff, cleaning staff, groundsman, etc. We absolutely loved it! We will definitely would want to return. We enjoyed not only feeling safe but also welcome and at home. Thanks for being a part of providing a wonderful memory for our family. We had to request that our membership benefit application be submitted by homeowners. However, staff was very pleasant to work with as well as we received a response/resolution within hours. The situation did not affect any of our plans. We loved not only the condo as to the amenities, décor and location, but also fell in love with the resort. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and really enjoyed the sense of privacy, quiet surroundings and relaxing environment. It was so nice not having to deal with crowds/close quarters. The homeowners did a wonderful job providing a very clean and classy but warm home. We also enjoyed walking around the resort to enjoy its beauty. We wanted to stay close to Orlando for family vacation. It was the perfect distance between Orlando and Kissimmee areas, away from the crowded hotels/shops.

Beautiful room and resort!

"We stayed at Reunion in June 2016. The resort was lovely and our condo was perfect for our family of four. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the golf course. You can see the Disney fireworks from the front door. The bathrooms were beautiful and master bath was huge! The only negative was we were there to go to Universal Studios and it was at least a 30 minute drive, sometimes longer with the traffic. Traffic can be very heavy. But it was worth it because the accommodations were lovely!!

"We had a very nice time during our stay. As a fellow vacation home renter i was very pleased with the product. The unit was as advertized and very clean. There was only myself and my daughter during our stay so the place was much larger than we needed. The price was fair and a cheaper than some of the other units we were looking at. I would recomment your company to anyone who is heading to Reunion. I do not know how the resort passes work regarding the waterpark and golf. My daughter was playing in a golf tournament at Reunion during our stay so we had no time to explore much of the resort. I did notice that some of the other units we were looking at offered passes to the waterpark as part of the reservation. If you have that option as well i see no reason why your product is not the best. Again we really liked the unit and would stay again if we ever come back. Regards, Dan Nageotte

"We really enjoyed our stay at Reunion last week. I was there for a junior golf tournament with my daughter and could not be more pleased with the accomodations. The unit was properly described and very clean. The bedding was of high quality and the mattress was comfortable. The unit was in the tennis area and convenient to the golf clubhouse. Our view from the porch of the Watson golf course was outstanding. The cost of renting through Reunion Vacations was noticably cheaper than renting from the Resort directly. Condo was very updated and the kitchen was properly equipped. The ice machine was not working upon our arrival. I left a message with the phone number provided and when we came back from golf the next day it was working. Maintenance left a note notifying us they were in the unit and fixed the ice machine. If we come back we will definately rent from Reunion Vacations again. I highly recommend them.
