A perfect size vacation home for families who wish to stay close to Disney and come home to their own private pool to cool off after a long day at the parks.

This bright and spacious home in Emerald Island Resort is perfect for a larger family or group who wish to stay together yet enjoy individual privacy. There are plenty of open spaces shared by the entire group as well as private and comfortable areas to retrieve to. The air conditioned movie and game room with LED lighting and dimmable lights to set the mood has a 75 wall mounted TV, air hockey, pool table and multi arcade for hours of fun. A game of pool before dinner is served perhaps?

The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can prepare meals or snacks. An extended kitchen island seat 8 and faces a double sliding door leading straight to the pool deck and the Florida Sun. Or, perhaps everyone prefers to get comfy on the large couch before a wall-mounted TV screen. For those who wish to withdraw for pleasant conversation, there is a sitting room next to the fine dining area that seats 10.

On the first floor, you ll find a Master Ensuite (Bath Shower Combo) Bedroom as well as a half bath. A Master Suite upstairs has a step-in shower, and a second King Ensuite Bedroom comes with a tub. It s not just the kids bedrooms that are themed, one of the King sized bedrooms will remind you of a familiar spooky mansion. The kids will enjoy the galactic space-themed and princess castle-themed bedrooms upstairs, both enhanced with LED lighting - each with a bunk bed. Each kids bedroom connects via Jack Jill bathrooms to two Queen bedrooms. Every single bedroom includes a wall-mounted TV.

Terms and Conditions

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Emerald Island Resort requires one (1) Resort Access Fee per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per vehicle plus applicable tax ($21.40). This Fee is Non-Refundable.There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles.
Max of 5 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"We stayed during D1 Summit week and had such a good time. We did not have any dads come with us. We felt safe and was told if any issues arise to contact them. Thank goodness no issues arose. Felt safe with security at the front gate.
