"I had the very best time on my birthday weekend with my family. The area is great, the house & neighborhood is amazing. Everything was so clean & open & so very spacious. The pool was fabulous. We had dinner by the pool the 1st night we got there. My only issue was the master bed. It's a huge king size bed but hurts. I ended up sleeping in a smaller but very comfy bed. Everything was simply perfection. Thank you for this home it is a fantastic vacation experience. We had a blast. Can't wait to rent again very soon. Highly recommend!!!

"Felt right at home in a very very spacious layout. only booked to have a place to rest for the weekend. very well-equipped place that can accommodate a decent-sized group. spotless and breezy with the back doors open on a cool night was just what we needed. we left it as clean as we came in. wish we got to enjoy it more.

"This property was beautiful and very spacious! The rooms were exactly as pictured, and there was so much to do in the house and nearby. The property was in a gated area which we liked. There are even tennis rackets to play on the court right next door. We stayed here during the artic blast in December, so, unfortunately, we did not get to use the massive pool. However, we plan on returning soon since we really enjoyed the property. Eagle management was also super helpful and responsive when we had to discuss late check out options. Highly recommend!

"A great stay and a great home. Very comfortable and clean, large, open floor plan with comfortable amenities. Dishwasher had an issue, was not set right and would tilt forward if bottom tray was pulled out and dishes loaded. Also would not latch when closing. Sinks in bathrooms were very slow to drain. All else was great and we would gladly stay here again. Thanks!

"First off...can I just say thank you for the tentative hosts we had. Our trip was amazing because of their professionalism, understanding, and their quick responses to our questions and needs. They were very respectful and displayed very good communication skills. We really appreciate the late checkout so that we didn’t have to travel with our babies and belongings. We really appreciate the easy going nature of our host. Our children enjoyed the pool and the spa. The spacious layout of the home was incredible and the washer and dryer made going home more easier because i did not have to worry about leaving vacation to do our laundry from vacation. The home is located near great shopping malls to find your extra needs without a lot of travel. Keep up the great work...if we come back to Florida...best believe we will be looking at your properties that may be available. Thank you very much

"The only problem we had was parking was a little tight and we made it work. The home is very spacious bigger and way prettier than pictures , they had all the essentials everything you would need for a family dinner they were also very helpful and quick when it came to helping us get heat for the pool when we misunderstood it had to be done before we can, they still quickly helped us and had an amazing time. The master bedroom was my favorite, very big and beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable and overall we had an amazing stay and cant wait to come stay again.

The notice in the garage addressing the day the trash is picked up needs to be updated to reflect Mondays. I think the notice states Wednesdays as the trash pick up days. "House was very nice, clean, and had plenty of room for our party of nine. There were a couple of minor things that were not in working order but did not effect our stay in any fashion. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend a and use again.

"Great location..clean pool. There was only 2 bath towels person..no hand towels or wash clothes. The floors were not clean and turned our feet black right away. Otherwise, nice house and good location.
