"Was exactly what we had wanted. We inky had couple days which were busy taking in disney, but coming back to a place of our own and a pool to relax for remainder of evening was perfect. My son enjoyed the game room and we finished evenings with a few games of pool. Actually wish we had more time just to enjoy the place.

"This home felt like my home. The kitchen came equipped with the little necessities that you’ll need. Also the closet in the laundry area has pool toys for your kids. There’s also a complementary bag in the kitchen that will accommodate your stay, such as extra toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent etc. You do not need to leave the house!

"I've had multiple similar rentals in the past & Eagle management was by far the best experience!! Everything was labeled & they left instructions for all aspects of the house. Home was very tech savvy & they were available 24/7 to answer any questions we had. You can tell they really care about the renters experience & not just about the money. 10/10 would highly recommend to everyone.

"This house is exactly like the pictures only better. Very clean with everything you need. The pool was a hit and the location was perfect. We had a snag but the management company took care of it for us. We are a family of 7 and we were all very comfortable. We would definitely come back. It was a great vacation.

"From the first contact with Mark and Joanne the help and advice that we received from them was second to none. The Villa is located in a small quiet community, which has good access to many shops and places to eat. The location also is perfect for the alternative route to the Disney parks which avoids the traffic queues on the main routes. (Mark will give you the details of this) The interior decoration is a credit to Mark and Joanne as every room has their personal touch and looks amazing. The huge couches were really comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day. 2 of the bedrooms have en suite shower/bathrooms the master even has an access door straight onto the pool deck. The pool and spa have underwater lights which are very impressive at night. The games room in the garage has pool table foosball and air hockey, good fun to have on hand. We had a most enjoyable time in Florida and as usual didn't want to leave. Many thanks to Mark and Joanne for the use of your fantastic villa.

"Staying at A Happy Potters Place was a great place to be when we had our family holiday in Orlando. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 teenage kids and we found the villa had plenty of space for us all. The villa is maintained to a high standard by the management company and any problems that we had were dealt with ASAP. When we spent time at the villa after a hectic day at the parks it just felt that we were home and could feel comfortable and relax. I would highly recommend A Happy Potters place to any of my family and friends knowing that they would have a lovely time staying there. "We found Mark and Joanne very helpful in booking and they sent us maps of shorter routes and local amenities. On entering the villa we had a wow moment! It is beautiful and very spacious.I have paid more before for villas that haven’t been as nice or big. I was lucky enough to have the big master suite which is huge! The couch is super comfy,and open plan living area suited us as a family with a toddler. Unfortunately Hurricane Dorian hit on our last night there,the airport closed.Joanne phoned us at the villa to check on us and to offer help in any way,including a late check out or extra nights if needed. A car is a must for staying in Davenport,but saying that,a few times our party separated and Uber was easy and fairly cheap to use. The pool and Jacuzzi is lovely and clean,and was plenty warm enough to not need heating. "We had another fantastic trip to Mark and Joanne’s villa in Davenport. After our third trip it’s still our favourite place to stay. There is so much space, great amenities and nothing they haven’t thought off to make your holiday perfect. My husband and son loved being in the pool everyday. The location is about 20 mins outside of Disney and near to lots of restaurants along the 192 and US 27. It’s a great base for exploring Florida too. I’ve no doubt we’ll be going back soon.

Amazing Stay

"I had the pleasure of staying in Mark & Joanne's Davenport Villa for two weeks in April 2019. We were a party of eight with five adults and three children. The villa is layed out perfectly to accommodate eight without feeling crowded. The bedrooms are a great size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The two main bedrooms are ensuite with great showers! The pool is a perfect size with plenty of seating and dinning space and the spa was wonderful after a day walking around the parks. The youngest member of our party was four so the security system on all of the pool accessible doors was great for peace of mind. A button has to be pressed before opening the doors or an alarm will go off, meaning little ones cant sneak outside unnoticed. There are also two buggies if needed, saves you bringing your own. The location was perfect for us. It's very close to Champions Gate with numerous options for shopping and eating. There is also a large Walmart ten minutes down the road. We had to contact the management company during our stay (through no fault of the villa) and they responded extremely quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. The owners are brilliant in regards to communication. They responded the same day whenever I had a question and went over and above with their advice. Make sure to ask if you need any help in regards to your trip. We have stayed in a few villas in the Orlando area and I cant recommend this one enough. I am already trying to work out how soon we can return. Mark and Joanne, you've not seen the last of us!

"We stayed here for three weeks in March 2019. The villa is lovely and has everything you could possibly need for a really relaxing and interesting holiday. Mark and Joanne were extremely friendly and helpful from day 1 when we enquired. The residential area "West Stone Bridge" is a small quiet and well maintained estate. There are a variety of Supermarkets,other outlets, and restaurants including golf courses within 10-20 mins drive. The Villa is very spacious but homely at the same time. The TV service and phone system is excellent. The management agent responded immediately on the one occasion we needed help. The villa is an easy drive to all the major theme parks. Mark furnished us with routes to the theme parks which avoided much of the traffic and queuing and a top tips list for the visit. Overall this was a great experience and we will be doing it again. "A 5 star villa with fantastic hosts. Me and the wife stayed at Potters place from 5th February for 23 days and I have to say it was a home from home except it had a pool….When we first got there we felt at ease and instructions for villa were all there on a tablet provided by villa agents. We settled in very quickly and I have to say the furnishing was great and very comfortable... Great TV and entertainment systems in all bedrooms and living area... Clean and tidy and all appliances were in working order. Any problems where dealt with very promptly but I have to say the only issue we had was trying to understand the cable as we are not very 21st century...I have to stay we enjoyed some very relaxed time off the busy parks and have fond memories to bring home of the time we spent at the villa with the family. The games room was great and me and Janice spent some good times playing pool.. The pool was always hot and the hot tub was a great asset to rest some very tired limbs in....I have to say if we ever returned and wanted the villa experience again I would have no hesitation in asking if A Happy Potters Place is available.

"The home was much more than we were expecting. We really enjoyed our time there. The pool and the spa were amazing. We had originally requested pool heat however with the beautiful weather it was just to warm for us, it was no problem having it turned off. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. "We (2 adults & 2 children 14yrs & 12yrs) stayed in A Happy Potters Place for 3 weeks in April 2017. We had a wonderful 3 weeks holiday, which was, in many way due to having booked this lovely villa. A lovely 4 bedroom property with pool & spa, on a quite, clean and well maintained small community based estate with a play park (including baseball stand) for the kids at the entrance. Meaning that after hot, busy days in the parks we were able to completely relax in this, our home from home. The villa was spotlessly clean, the decor was well thought out and really tasteful. The master bed has the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on away from my own home. I did need to contact the management company whilst we were there (due to a fault of ours not theirs) and they were super quick to come and fix the problem and again really helpful. The villa is exactly as it’s advertised, with everything you need for a lovely stay in Orlando. I only wish we could have stayed longer and can only dream of hopefully one day, being able to return. Thanks again so much, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more and were 100% happy, a really Happy Potters Place! Kath, Ray, Iestyn & Siona

"A very pleasant experience from start to finish, from booking the villa to receiving our security deposit back on our return. A lovely modern, spacious family home in a nice safe location. Everything that one could want from a holiday home and more. The new furniture in lounge was very comfortable. Plenty of things to keep everyone happy and relaxed when not out and about - cable TV, well equipped games room, novels, pool toys etc. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The kids loved it. The villa is near, but not too close, to all of the major attractions. Would not hesitate to book again. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. "Spent 2 weeks at villa in early June. Accommodation is comfortable and spacious, with air con throughout. Washing machine and tumble dryer very useful (if a little noisier than the ones in the uk). Within easy reach of Disneys (about 15 - 20 mins) and great bistro nearby (Ovation). Supermarket 5 mins in car and golf club 7 mins away at Deer Creek (€15 per round) or across the road if willing to pay €80. Games room in garage, but so busy was not really necessary for us. Nice quiet location but close enough to Interstate 4.

"We stayed in this lovely villa for 17 nights over the Xmas and new year period and had a wonderful time. The whole process from the time of booking right through to departure and return of deposit was so smooth and without a flaw. Communication between home owners and ourselves was excellent! The villa is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. The heated pool (this was needed due to the time of year) was so warm and many a night was spent in the jacuzzi massaging away the stresses of parks and shopping!!
The beds are so comfortable that I wanted to take them home! And the games room is such good fun for down time with the kids
I would highly recommend this villa and will most definitely book again when we return to Orlando
