"We had a great stay at this house. Hosts were good. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the master bedroom was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. The entire home was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the outdoor area was private and peaceful. We would definitely consider staying here again.

"It was a good villa. The pool was nice and the rooms were big and clean. We had everything we needed: towels, kitchen utensils, TV.. The host was very responsive. However, do know that the spa required extra fees. Overall, it was worth the price!

"The home was a perfect escape, the pool and jacuzzi were great. next time I'll ask for it to be heated, not a game changer but would have made the jacuzzi amazing. "My son and wife had a blast swim whenever they wanted. Living room great, big TV, big coach and we just love the bedroom with there own bathrooms. Everything was wonderful, cant forget brought all clothes clean had a washer.

"It was a beautiful place, had everything needed to enjoy the place. The host is awsome, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. I could have stayed in the villa and not gone to the attraction and been very happy. The pool was so relaxing. The Villa has the most amazing bathtub in the master suite. The only negative thing I can say about the villa is I had to leave it and come back home. I would love to stay forever. I definitely want to come back to this villa and host if I ever come back to Orlando. Great experience using the vrbo app for the first time finding this amazing villa.

"We stayed in this home on a Disney Parks vacation. The kids loved the pool and game room, and we had lots of space to relax and enjoy. With traffic on the l-4, it took us about 40 minutes to get to Disney parks and about one hour to get to Universal parks. That is largely due to construction on the l-4, which will hopefully not last much longer. Overall, very enjoyable stay!

"Cleaned beautiful house, it is close to Orlando (Universal Studios and Disney), Walgreens, Denny’s, and IHOP was a short drive away. The house is spacious and a nice place for the family you can fit multiple people in it. Having the pool was nice too. Make sure to bring extra garbage bags and dishwashing tablets if you will stay longer than 3 days.

"We had a great experience with Jennifer last year and decided to stay again. She was very easy to work with especially considering COVID-19 and our uneasiness about traveling. She worked with us and we were able to spend a wonderful relaxing month at the villa. She was easy to contact before and during our stay. The villa is just as pictured. There are many nice restaurants, grocery stores, Target and Walmart all within 7 miles of the villa. The pool was great and there are plenty of chairs and loungers for everyone. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had a great experience and would stay here again!

"Our family stayed here during the week of Feb 17-24, 2019. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are in great condition. The house was very clean as was the pool area. The house has the basic kitchen items you will need to cook and eat. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. We paid for the heated pool and that was definitely worth it. The spa is not a hot tub, so just realize that it won't be super hot like a traditional hot tub. The pictures are very accurate. This home is about 30 mins from Disney, 45 mins from Universal Studios and 90 mins from Kennedy Space Center/Cocoa Beach. We went to all three and had a blast. If you're considering vacationing in the area, this is the place you want to stay!

"Spacious villa, well located, easy to find, nice size bedrooms, nice pool area. Only a couple of things we would change - as a couple with young kids we would have preferred the twin room to be next to the master bedroom. A few glasses/dishes in the cupboards had not been cleaned properly and the TVS could do with being updated - these are minor niggles but would make a real difference to the property for families - great communication from the owner and also local management (the AC wasn't working on arrival but it was quickly rectified) - the kids really enjoyed the game rooms

"My family of four arrived on Christmas Day 2016. The place was just as described. Very neat on the inside. The pool was my two boys favorite part of the vacation. Definitely get it heated ahead your arrival - you will enjoy it so much more! Very spacious and the owners were easy to get in contact with via email. The game room in the garage was a lot a plus but my sons spent most of our time when we were at t he house in the pool. I would stay here again. It had everything we needed for a family getaway.

"Loved this property! If you have children or are a big kid yourself - you'll love this property! Came here for my fathers birthday and had a wonderful time. The property is spacious! Outside of this home being a 4/3 It also includes a game room that has air hockey, foosball, and a pool table. In addition, there is a nice sized pool and spa. The neighborhood provides a half court for basketball and a small playground. My family enjoyed this property so much we are considering returning in December.

"Our family of 4 had a great 8-night stay at Jennifer's house in a safe neighbourhood in Davenport, FLorida. Very well located for all the theme parks, even Busch Gardens in Tampa. Lots of space and well furnished and the games room is a bonus! Loved hanging out in the pool area. We did have trouble with the pool heat but Jennifer was great with it promptly. "This property was in a good, quiet location, approx 20 mins from Disney attractions. The house was as expected, clean, and already for our arrival late on Saturday. There was a problem with two of the toilets, which did not flush properly, but we rant the agent and this was sorted very quickly. There was six of us staying with 3 teenagers and they loved the pool and games room provided. Some days the teens just wanted to stay at the house for those things alone. The property was easily located and we all felt it was a home from home with all the appliances, like TV's, dishwasher and washer/dryer all included, even an iron! This property we will recommend to all for all the home comforts with a pool. A good holiday was had by all of us.
