Upstairs, guests will find a family room loft space and five additional bedrooms, including two en-suite rooms, bringing the total number of upstairs bathrooms to three.
Step outside to a screened-in oasis, where you can enjoy an in-ground pool, bubbling spa, and spacious patio with ample seating. With four sun loungers and outdoor dining for six, this home is designed for ultimate relaxation.

Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

Riders must be at least 48 inches tall
Single riders only, sliding feet first

"Fun in the Sun Villa was everything we needed and more! The house is huge, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the hot tub, and we all appreciated having multiple en-suites. The Solterra Resort amenities were fantastic too—we spent an entire day at the lazy river!

"We’ve stayed in a few homes around Orlando, but this one was next level. The house was spotless and modern, with a fully stocked kitchen and super comfy beds. The two king master bedrooms were a nice bonus. The games room kept the kids entertained, and we loved relaxing under the covered lanai by the pool. Already rebooking for next year!

Awesome house, but heating the spa took time

"This is a great vacation rental—plenty of space, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The only downside was the spa took almost a full day to heat up after we arrived (should’ve requested it earlier). Other than that, everything was top-notch. The Solterra Resort pool and lazy river were amazing!

"We’ve been coming to Florida for years, and Fun in the Sun Villa is our new favorite. Great layout, plenty of bathrooms, and everyone had their own space. The screened-in patio was peaceful, and we really appreciated the pool safety fence for the younger kids. The resort is amazing—don’t skip the cabana rentals!

"This home gave us resort-level comfort with all the space and privacy we wanted. It was a short drive to Disney, and we loved coming back to unwind in the hot tub. The upstairs loft was great for movie nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Super clean and beautifully furnished!

"The home itself was perfect for our group. The kids loved the Mickey room, and the upstairs loft gave the teens their own hangout space. My only small complaint is that check-in at the resort took longer than expected and we had to go back to get new wristbands after the first week. Still a wonderful stay!
