"We were thrilled beyond with our expectations of the property, its furnishings, accessories and location. If you want a property that has it all and is beautifully furnished and functional for families, this is it. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and appliances. The washer and dryer are new. There were no surprises with anything as everything was in perfect order. This property is truly a retreat located in a lovely small community off of US 27 in Davenport, FL. It is within reason to the theme parks and LEGOLAND is not too far south. There are favorite hometown stores and restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely return when the time is right for our family. Thank you for the best vacation property that we have ever stayed at. It was perfect!

"My granddaughter and I stayed here from May 6 - 20, 2022. The house was extremely clean, and very well equipped and the two slight issues we encountered were taken care of promptly. This is the second time in three years we have had the pleasure of staying in a villa run by Eagle Management and both times they have been amazing. "overall the house is AMAZING!! It looks just like the pictures!! It’s comfy and cozy, DEFINITELY a family type environment, Neighbors are friendly. Location is perfect!! Close to a lot of restaurants and stores but a little ways distant to activities. Just and FYI if you plan on staying here for more than a day bring toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.

"My family had a wonderful time at this property. The well-appointed kitchen allowed for a week of home cooking! The pool and hot tub were warm and clean, providing hours of entertainment. The patio is well shaded for those 90 degree days of central Florida. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. This house definitely met my expectations!

"We ended up extending our stay for 3 weeks because we were enjoying the weather so much! The house was big enough for all 6 of us and our dog. Great area to walk pets. We enjoyed the pool as well. It felt colder sometimes and warmer some days, so wasn’t consistent but our kids loved it just the same. We had issues with the internet when we first arrived, but the eagle management team was on it and worked for us until it was fixed. They were very communicative and it was so appreciated. The one “drawback” is that all the extra type amenities (grill, baby crib, baby high chair, safe, etc-) all cost more, so it isn’t super family ready when you arrive unless you want to pay extra fees, so we had to haul all of our baby stuff with us. It wouldn’t deter us from staying again, but definitely would be a bonus if it was included! All in all we were happy with our stay, and would consider staying again no problem. Thanks so much !!

"This is a nice large property with a pool and a large garage. The pool takes a while to warm up in winter and its a shame the owner didn't make use of the garage space. I have also never stayed in a property that charges the tenants to use the safe! Location is great for parks and neighborhood is also quiet and secluded which is great for kids. Overall a great property.

"Everything was great! Kids loved the pool. There were no pool toys, but that was disclosed long before we checked in, so we just brought our own. House was very spacious and well laid out. Only thing I would want different would be an alarm system, since the kids bedrooms were by the front door, but we would definitely visit again.

"We stayed at this property for a week while exploring Orlando, and we were not disappointed. The house is clean and well kept, and had plenty of space for our guests. The pool and spa were wonderful after a day of walking. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is not far from grocery stores, Universal, Seaworld, and Disney. We would absolutely stay here again.

"My family and I stayed this rental to celebrate my daughters 2nd birthday and enjoy the area parks. We have rented other properties with over companies in the past. Overall we were very pleased with our experience. The house was clean and bug free. For the first 4 days the pool and hottub were hot and a delight to swim in (After that the temps outside dropped and the hottub would not get warm at all). The house was stocked with clean dishes, pots, pans, everything you would need to cook your meals. Bathrooms were lovely, great shower, and the jacuzzi tub was nice as well. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, and we felt very safe. The staff was beyond accomidating while assisting with my booking. I will rent from them again. Thank you for the memories.

"Loved the house, did not love the beds. Old mattresses..... and sort of felt like they might collapse. Wished the pools were heated (with out an extra fee) because it was cold and there was no way we could have used them. Dishes were not so clean, but I washed as I used. All in all I would definitely recommend the house. Great location, quiet... Enjoyed having my poochies with as well!

"We liked the house a lot , very big, nice pool and hot tub. The furnishings, tvs,beds are dated but ok. Very clean and convient too disney, universal and local shopping. We had some issues with the pool heat and the grill but they were addressed fairly soon. We learned you can't heat the spa and pool ar the same time!

"The accommodations were superb for my family of 8. It was our home away from home - My kids said they wanted to live there ! We enjoyed it so much, we stayed an extra night. "This is a lovely big home in a super quiet neighbourhood. I do have two suggestions that might help future guests. I would suggest that one set of twin beds from one of the front bedrooms be swapped with the double bed in the bedroom closest to the master. This arrangement might work better for other families like ours who are travelling with small children or for two families sharing the house - this gives a master and a room with two twins at each end of the house. With the house being so big and with no alarm system, we were not comfortable with one of both of our young children sleeping at the front of the house near the front door on their own. As a result, they had to share a bed in the bedroom closest to the master. Also, considering that we are asked as a courtesy to the cleaning staff to start the load of sheets in the washer before we leave, I think that bleach should be provided so that the sheets can be properly disinfected between guests. I don't have a problem purchasing cleaning items which are for our own use, buy I feel the owner should provide the bleach for proper washing of the sheets. I hope that my suggestions are helpful to future guests. We really did enjoy our stay and would never stay in a small hotel room again when we could be in a big beautiful home like this one
