Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access card and wristbands.

"Grandkids visiting from Maryland, really enjoyed the pool, and was able to have there own rooms. Host was very responsive addressed any questions I had in a friendly & timely manner. Probably need to consider open the windows during cleaning, to allow fresh air to circulate through home occasionally. Freezer door on refrigerator was left open, I had to mop up a small amount of water. There was plenty of space for everyone. Overall my family enjoyed their stay.

"Elderberry Estates is absolutely stunning. The layout is perfect—everything on one floor, with every bedroom feeling private and well-appointed. Our family especially loved the themed game room and the spa in the evenings. Waking up to the shade of the oak trees and watching the sun move across the pool deck was magical. "We brought the grandparents, kids, and teens—and this home was ideal. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which kept things stress-free. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we used the resort’s pool and lazy river often. The themed bedrooms were adorable, and the Xbox in the game room kept the kids busy for hours.

"We were really impressed with the home overall—tons of space, amazing game room, and a great layout. The only reason for 4 stars is that a couple of the sun loungers were slightly worn. It didn’t take away from the experience at all though. Everything else was pristine!
