"This villa was absolutely amazing for my family for vacation, everything you could possibly dream of, perfectly clean, easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and right of 27, supermarkets, and stores for shopping. Security and alarms we definitely felt safe the entire time, the pool was amazing and well-kept clean, and the house was simply beautiful, we will definitely be back and I highly recommend it, felt like home, and welcomed as soon as we walked in the door, communication was great, a handyman by far best guy ever!! Thank you to everyone who made our vacation memorable!

"Come prepared Property was clean and had good location. Would definitely recommend you bring all items needed such as seasoning or any special type of pan for cooking etc. there are additional charges for use of grill. Something I am used to having included with VRBO. The check in office is about a mile or so away. You will have to go there first before being able to enter the home even though you have to verify your ID electronically prior to.

"Very nice spacious home! My children enjoyed the pool. The only thing was that the mesh net over the pool was broken so dragon flies was out and other bugs. Other than that awesome stay!! *Rent a Villa reply* Thank you, the pool screen has then been repaired. We hope to host a future stay.

"We had a really good time, the villa was lovely and the pool was great. The only thing we had to contact the Management Company about what that the fire alarm wouldn't stop beeping through the night, which got sorted out straight away. Thank you for all your help, we would definitely recommend

"The house was spacious,clean, and comfortable for our party of 8. Wish we had more time to enjoy it but we were visiting the parks. Overall it was a nice stay and great value. I would recommend this house if visiting OrlandoThe cleanliness and space. The master suite was perfect! Just add extra toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, a couple of pots for people staying longer, coffee, and cream and sugar would be great, ac temperature access, laundry detergent, the small bathroom sink has rust in the front rim. Trying to wash the towels after everyone took a shower was hard to do by 10 am. Maybe just wash and leave in the dryer would be easier. We would have been able to do it had we seen the note sooner. Maybe that should be added to the check in information. I didn't go into the laundry room until 9:30 on the day of departure as I was collecting towels to put in the laundry room. But otherwise it was great. Just sharing some ideas we noticed made our stay a little bit more comfortable elsewhere.

Our villas are self catering, which means that we supply an initial roll of tissue, trash bag in each bin and a couple of pellets for the dishawasher to get you started. We do hear this often and will take under advisement for future stays. Guests do not have to do their own laundry! It is just requested that you start a load for the cleaner, if you have the suplies. "I loved the home it meet most if not all of our needs the house was wonderful and clean the beds were comfy the neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The pool was clean when we arrived. the Fire alarm beeped repeatedly I made a call and this was fixed right away. I will rent again in the future.

"The light under the microwave didn't work, the ice maker in fridge didn't work. Only one bedroom has a tv. The grandkids loved the pool. I loved the lake with the fountain behind the house. The beds were very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay even though some things didn't work.

"We booked our stay last minute online with another company (wont say who yet) and they lost our reservation. In desperation, we popped into a plaza nearby and found Rentavilla there. They were so helpful and got us into another villa quickly. We were able to enjoy our vacation afterall Thank you so much! it was great
