Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

Riders must be at least 48 inches tall
Single riders only, sliding feet first
Slide hours vary seasonally

The perfect home for a relaxing family holiday

"Solterra Landing was exactly what we needed for a stress-free family vacation. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had space for everyone to spread out. Our kids loved the bunk room and game room, and the pool area was a dream—we watched the sunset from the hot tub every night. We'll definitely be returning.

"Solterra Landing exceeded our expectations. The beds were cozy, and there were multiple places for people to relax—whether it was in the living room, on the patio, or in the game room. The rocking chairs out by the pool were my favorite. It's a peaceful location but still close to all the major attractions. Highly recommend.

"We stayed with two families and the kids had an absolute blast in the game room. Air hockey tournaments became a daily event! The pool and hot tub were great, and the safety alarm on the pool door gave us extra peace of mind. Solterra Resort is also fantastic—super clean and family-oriented.

"Everything was great, but the pool heat took a little longer than expected to kick in. Just make sure you add it before arrival. Aside from that, the home was super clean, comfy, and well-stocked. Plenty of room for our big family and a great location for exploring the area.

"The house was as pictured—spacious, stylish, and in a quiet gated community. I only gave it 4 stars because there weren’t quite enough pool towels for our group. A small detail, but worth mentioning. We still had a great time and really enjoyed the resort amenities.

"Solterra Landing had an awesome layout and was perfect for our group of 11. The only downside was one of the game room items (the foosball table) had a broken handle when we arrived—but it was fixed quickly after we contacted the host. Overall, a great stay.
