Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

"Great large group rental! House was great! The Orlando Rental Villa Company was quick to respond to any issue or question we had during our ten day stay (12 family members). Lots of pool towels, kitchen well furnished, good beds, and great location close to the Resort Club. Kids pool toys and some games were also provided. Would rent again! Only suggestion would be to leave directions for televisions and a booklet with resort club hours and what is available. Highly recommend.

"We had an amazing week here. The house was sparkling clean, which I don’t say lightly as I am very picky about cleanliness. The pool was fantastic and clean as well. The kitchen had everything you needed plus more if you cook regularly. The house was tastefully decorated and we we couldn’t have asked for any more during our stay. We will be back for sure. "Great place to stay!! We were a group of families that shared the villa while our 10 day stay while in town for a football tournament. The kids had plenty of room, the house was plenty big for everyone and so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a large group. It was close to grocery shopping and close enough to everything we were in town for. The community had great amenities and I highly recommend.

"Our stay was cut short due to the Cocid-19 virus. We were advised by our local MPP by phone to pack up and come home on the Wednesday March 18, instead of Friday March20.2020. This is our second stay at this house and we loved it. It is clean, had everything we needed. We will be looking to book again in the future.

"The villa was very nice, clean and spacious with a great outlook from the pool deck. "This is a very nice house. It's been decorated in a welcoming, casual style. The pool area is great as it looks out onto a lake with loads of poolside furniture. The few tiny issues we had were promptly responded to by the management company which we very much appreciated. My only real criticism is that the wi-fi is quite slow and unreliable unless you were in the main living area where the router is located. Even having restarted the router, I found that on the pool deck, my phone picked up the wi-fi from surrounding homes but not the one for our home. On the whole though, this was a small issue. I would recommend this house, and the management company, to anyone visiting Orlando.

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed with our two daughters, their husbands and kids and the house was a perfect size and layout for us to all stay comfortably. The house was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, more than enough bathrooms, games room, they provided a high chair and Pack and Play, and the outdoor space/pool was very clean, spacious and enjoyable. There were two common space TV rooms, plus TVs in each bedroom which was fantastic in the evenings with such a big group. The location was very quiet and pretty and close to outlet shopping, grocery stores and all theme parks. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

"We had a bad experience leading up to this vacation through an owner on (Hidden by Airbnb) thus were nervous about about booking through another online platform but this went seamlessly. Orlando Rent A Villa was fantastic before and during the trip. This house in particular worked well for us, a lot of luxuries to enjoy when we weren’t out and about around local attractions. Location allowed easy access to all shops and restaurants. The resort had good facilities too - nice common pool and tennis courts. Would definitely rent through ORV again.
